Wonderful stay! The room was super clean, modern features with a great view of Tianmen mountain. The breakfast was tasty. The location is really convenient to local restaurants and the cable car station to Tianmen mountain. The owner is very cheerful and helpful, giving us tips for our stay and helping us buy tickets. Thank you so much for the hospitality ☺️

Hotel is in a community complex, anyone passing can let you in pass the entrance, the building is on the left after the entrance building. We enjoyed the breakfast 🤤 and did our laundry for free, the receptionist also gave us a map and details on how to navigate Tianmen Route C mountain.

This guesthouse is incredibly clean and tidy. Parking in the underground garage is super convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions, assisting with ticket bookings, and explaining travel routes. The breakfast noodles prepared by the auntie were also delicious; she even adapted the spice level for guests who can't handle too much heat. This hotel-style guesthouse offers excellent value for money.

Of all the guesthouses I've stayed in, Chateau Inn is by far the best. It's clean, the environment is great, it has smart toilets, central air conditioning for heating, and even breakfast. What's more, the owner is not only beautiful but also very welcoming. If I ever go to Zhangjiajie again, I'll definitely book Chateau Inn.

The room was clean, spacious, and the facilities were brand new. The location is superb, very close to Tianmen Mountain's C line entrance, and a direct taxi ride south. The owner was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, and the breakfast was delicious. They also offer discounted ticket booking, which is cheaper than official channels and third-party platforms.

The room was spotless and the host was incredibly welcoming, even giving us directions to local attractions. They also prepared breakfast for us. The room itself was huge, with a fantastic view of Tianmen Mountain, which was surprisingly close! The guesthouse is located in a residential area, so it felt very clean and safe, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

This hotel was my family favourite during our China trip. Looks like a new and fresh 1 floor apartment with 12 rooms, complete with sparkling amenities, true to their provided pictures. Clean and spacious rooms with aircon for warmer temperature. Share washing machine and can dry the laundry in our room service yard. Decent breakfast provided like porridge, boiled/fried egg, mantou/bun, steam corn plus noodle soup cooked on the spot by the auntie. Hotel location near to Tianmenshan and further to city town. The owner (lady) was really helpful with our itinerary and booked ticket attractions as well as transport arrangement. We recommended other tourist to book this place for your destination to Zhangjiajie.
