PORTAPARTMENT City Youth Hotel (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park flagship store)

This hotel is excellent. It's very close to the scenic area, and the room facilities are great, especially the warm air conditioning. There are many restaurants nearby, and a specific Gaimafan (rice with toppings) place is incredibly delicious. It's also very close to the bus station, making it a well-located property.

The service was okay, the hotel is relatively new, there are restaurants nearby, it's close to the bus station, and a 20-minute walk from the East Gate. We discovered there was no hot water in the room, so the front desk moved us to another room.

The TV in the original room was broken, so the front desk upgraded us to a projection room for free. The service was excellent, the room was very clean, and it wasn't noisy at night.

The room was quite small, with tiny windows. Cleanliness was indeed just average, as other reviews mentioned. However, the price was reasonable, and it was very close to the station—a five-minute walk after getting off the train. Getting to the East Gate still required a taxi. Service was acceptable.

The front desk service is very good, the hotel facilities are very new, the hotel is very close to the scenic area, there is free laundry service, and free parking service. The hotel can also book tickets, which is great. The environment is very warm and the lobby is large. The service at the front desk is really great and the response is very fast.
