The location is fantastic, just about a three-minute walk from the Wulingyuan scenic area entrance. The bedding in the room was clean and tidy. The bathtub, however, might not feel as clean, so I’d suggest bringing disposable tub liners; even if they charged for them, it would be worth it. On a positive note, they provide complimentary small fruits and mung bean soup, which is a lovely touch.

Amazing stay, would definitely come back! - Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even with limited English - They went out of their way to help me get tickets for Zhangjiajie National Park and guided me on what to do - Breakfast was included, which was a great bonus - Location is 10/10 – super convenient - Lots of food options nearby, even at night - Shops, coffee, and matcha spots all within easy reach - The overall atmosphere felt very welcoming and comfortable A special thank you to the Ye, who made the stay even more memorable. The hotel is located very conveniently near the East entrance of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (5-minute walk). There's a supermarket right around the corner and several restaurants nearby.

The room was clean and tidy, but it felt a bit damp inside since it had rained for two days. I hope they can dehumidify the room in advance before guests check in. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the Hunan rice noodles were especially delicious – the best I've had even in Hunan! I made sure to have them every morning. We also received complimentary fruit daily, and the staff were very warm and helpful; the map they gave us was a huge help. The hotel is incredibly close to the East Gate, less than a five-minute walk. We arrived right when the scenic area had visitor limits, so we got in at 7 AM without much queuing.

This hotel is super close to the iconic landmark gate, literally just an elevator ride down to the East Gate. Popular restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away—I highly recommend Mao's Restaurant; we ate there two days in a row! The front desk lady was so nice; knowing we were a family of three adults, she upgraded us to a family room and even gave us an extra breakfast. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which is great for guests wanting to get an early start at the scenic spot. I recommend the rice noodles, and the sweet potato and mini cakes were also really good. We stayed for two nights and were very satisfied overall!

Visited Zhangjiajie with my mother for two days, and the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel is incredibly close to the entrance gate (Biaozhi Gate), just a two-minute walk after breakfast, which was super convenient. The room was spacious, newly renovated, and well-equipped. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were so warm and attentive. They even helped us plan our itinerary considering my mother's health. In the evenings, after we returned from sightseeing, the front desk had prepared white fungus soup, tea, and fruit for us – so thoughtful! I'll be back with friends in a few months to explore the parts we missed, and I'll definitely be staying here again!

Stayed at Yunqi V Resort and it was one of the most peaceful and scenic stays of the trip.
