Zhangjiajie Wuyun Guanshan Yue Designer Homestay (Tianmen Mountain Cable Car Station)

This guesthouse is very new, having only been open for four months. However, the owner is knowledgeable, tasteful, and has an excellent service attitude. The landscaping is rich and stylish, and I'm sure it will be lush and vibrant in time. The room amenities are all high-quality and more refined than those in a five-star hotel. It would be even better if they offered tea in addition to coffee in the room. The bedding was comfortable, and the pajamas, made of pure fabric, were very pleasant. I had a wonderful rest. They told us about the plans for the second phase, which will feature mine pit views where you can directly see Tianmen Mountain. The design incorporates local materials, embracing a back-to-nature feel. We also had dinner there and specifically ordered the reservoir fish for the sauerkraut fish dish, which could be made non-spicy. My picky Shanghainese mother was very satisfied, which is saying something! Good things are worth a good price, so don't fret too much about the cost. Prince and Huahua (the pets) are very gentle and add a lot of charm to the guesthouse. There were also fireworks in the evening, which absolutely delighted the children. Highly recommended!

Great butler service, and it's close to both Tianmen Mountain and Qixing Mountain. There's also a cute dog! The room had underfloor heating, which the kids found very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety too. The tea and coffee were excellent.

This guesthouse has been, by far, the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. Right from the booking, the designer proprietress proactively reached out on WeChat, thoughtfully inquiring about our arrival time in Zhangjiajie and offering pick-up and drop-off services. Even though we arrived after lunch, the front desk staff specially prepared snacks, making us feel instantly welcome. The butler service was available 24/7; they could arrange meals at any time, and even if we slept in until we woke up naturally, a delicious breakfast was always ready. It's worth mentioning that the food here is outstanding, especially how they cater to children's palates. The non-spicy dishes were particularly delicious, which parents will appreciate. The hotel's design perfectly matched my aesthetic, exuding a sense of luxury, with every detail meticulously executed. It's even more beautiful in person than in the photos, creating a wonderful ambiance. The service was incredibly attentive: private car transfers were provided for every scenic spot. No matter the time or destination, a simple call to the butler was all it took for arrangements to be made. In the evenings, they even organized a bonfire party where everyone enjoyed fireworks, roasted sweet potatoes and 'ciba' (glutinous rice cakes), and savored tea and wine together – it was truly delightful. The proprietress even personally entertained the children, which was incredibly thoughtful. Staying here made it genuinely hard to leave…

Traveled with a friend and our kids, hoping to experience a local guesthouse, and found this place. A butler contacted us before check-in to arrange pickup/drop-off. The guesthouse is about 5-6 km from the city center, but even without a car, it was easy to get to. They offer scenic spot ticket bookings and private small group tours. However, the butler only contacted us on the day of check-in, and we had already arranged everything beforehand. The room was very comfortable, and the guesthouse itself was beautiful. Our itinerary was quite tight, so we didn't really get to fully enjoy it.

A hidden gem tucked away beneath Tianmen Mountain! I could spend all day by that fireplace nook. The guesthouse's decor,擺設, and attention to detail really show the designer's thoughtful touch. The owner is also very friendly, and the service is excellent, making you feel right at home. Highly recommended!
