Although the room was small, it was incredibly clean and tidy. This is a newly opened hotel, so all the facilities are brand new, and the whole room is smart-home enabled. There's a pool right outside, which is perfect for photos. Plus, there's a kids' play area in the lobby on the first floor, which was a great surprise!

The hotel is located at the entrance of a residential complex, which is a nice setting. There's a splash pool in the courtyard, perfect for kids, giving it a tropical vibe. The bed and pillows in the room were very comfortable, which I really liked. The downside is the incredibly loud noise from the faucets; it would disturb anyone in the room, as well as guests in neighboring rooms above, below, and to the sides. The toilet is motion-activated and also makes a huge noise when you sit on it, which was a bit startling when getting up for the restroom in the middle of the night. Breakfast had limited options, just average, but the watermelon was very fresh. The service wasn't anything special, and I had to remind them to give me the complimentary gift.

The room was clean and bright, the environment was great, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and responsive to our questions. It was a perfect stay, the best two nights we had in Zhangjiajie.

Amazing! They upgraded us to a family room for free, helped us plan our itinerary, booked tickets, and even did our laundry and drying. Their meticulous service was incredibly touching. The pool water was changed every two days, and they had a glass boat, which the kids absolutely loved! A heartfelt thank you 🌹🌹🌹 I've already recommended them to my friends and family 🥰

Just a five-minute walk from the commercial street, nestled next to a residential area, so it's relatively quiet. I booked the cheapest room available as I was only staying to visit the Grand Canyon, but to my surprise, the front desk gentleman upgraded me to a family room, which was very good! Check-out time is at 2 PM, which is a very convenient time.

The service was great, and the location was convenient. There's a small supermarket downstairs which was really handy. The butler was very responsive and helped with everything from booking tickets to planning routes. The scenery was beautiful, and the laundry room was a bonus for washing clothes.

I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! The experience was absolutely perfect. First off, the service truly made us feel 'at home'; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was incredibly warm and patient. After checking out, my child accidentally left their phone watch behind, and the hotel even helped mail it back, which I'm very grateful for. The room was spacious and bright, and it was immaculately clean, making our stay very comfortable. The most impressive part was the outdoor pool; the ambiance was fantastic, and my child absolutely loved it. Next time I visit Zhangjiajie, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!
