Peakpool Brook Hideaway

The hotel's complimentary shuttle service to and from the East Gate, available unlimited times, was a very thoughtful touch and really helped alleviate our travel fatigue. After arriving near the East Gate on the shuttle bus from the high-speed rail station, we could simply call the hotel to arrange a pickup. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff were incredibly welcoming, asking about our itinerary and helping us plan our day, even driving us back to the East Gate to start our sightseeing. They then picked us up again in the evening. Every single staff member we encountered during our stay was enthusiastic and helpful, and we're so grateful for everyone's care and attention. (Just a heads-up: the shuttle service stops running late at night, so it's good to plan your return time in advance.)

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a shopping mall and surrounded by a commercial street, making dining and shopping very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, offering great value for money. There's an entertainment venue directly opposite. The only downside is that the intersection outside can be quite congested.

Great hotel location, large parking lot with charging stations, and a free shuttle. The front desk staff were very friendly—a perfect score! The breakfast was excellent, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the noodles were delicious. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Sisters heading to Zhangjiajie can confidently book this hotel! It's quite close to the East Gate, and the hotel offers a shuttle service with new, comfortable cars (a big plus!) and super nice drivers. The hotel's location is convenient for food delivery. As for service, it's warm and personable, the facilities are quite new, and the room size is just right. There's a massage parlor in the hotel, but the skills are average, so you might want to skip it. On another note, the hotel has a laundry room where an auntie helps look after your clothes – after a sweaty day exploring Zhangjiajie, washing clothes is an absolute must!

The front desk service was excellent. They have both above-ground and underground parking with charging stations, which is very convenient for self-driving travelers. The hygiene and environment were great, but the refrigerator in the room was a bit noisy.
