Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie Seventy-two Wonder Towers

Excellent experience! The service was spot on, and the environment was clean and modern. A great choice indeed! They even offered complimentary fruits and drinks, and the front desk staff were attentive and professional.

The room is well-equipped, and I appreciate the charging port on the sofa bed. The room is clean and hygienic, and both breakfast and room service were excellent. The hotel is very close to the exit of the 72 Qilou attraction. They even provided tickets to Qilou. The butler decorated the room in advance as requested, which saved a lot of communication time. It was quiet at night, offering excellent value for money.

This hotel was exceptionally clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. They also offer self-service laundry and drying, and what's more, a robot can even deliver your dried clothes to your room – super convenient! Checking out was also a breeze; no need to go to the front desk, just drop the room card into the collection box on the same floor. It's both convenient and efficient. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay, and the service was thoughtful. Plus, the hotel is right next to the 72 Qilou, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and sightseeing. What truly surprised me was that the restaurant offered a view of Tianmen Mountain, perfectly making up for the regret of not being able to see it clearly on the afternoon of October 3rd due to the heavy fog. All in all, this stay was the biggest highlight of my October holiday!

I stayed here during my trip to Zhangjiajie, and overall, it was excellent value for money. Tiano's service was particularly impressive; he was gentle, polite, and patient in handling any issues. The hotel's surroundings offer convenient access to food, drinks, and entertainment. The room was clean, dry, and very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast selection was rich, with a good variety of hot dishes and fruits. A big thank you to Tiano for his thoughtful hospitality, which made us feel very much at ease even when traveling far from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Choosing this hotel for our visit to the Seventy-Two Qilou was an excellent decision! Harry's service was thoughtful and attentive, and he responded quickly throughout our entire stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the Cili rice noodles for breakfast were authentically delicious. The hotel even included complimentary tickets to the scenic area, which really maximized the value for money. Plus, it's just a few steps out the door to see the night view of the Qilou – super convenient for getting around.

The hotel is located on floors 17 to 20 of the 72 Qilou Building. The hotel entrance is right at the exit of the scenic area. I was initially worried that the scenic area would be too noisy, but it wasn't at all. I'm not sure if it's because of the high floor or good soundproofing. We received complimentary night tickets for the 72 Qilou scenic area upon check-in. Although online reviews for this attraction are generally average, we chose it for a relaxed and convenient experience. It's great for passing time and browsing shops. It's also very close to Tianmen Mountain and the high-speed train station, and hailing a Didi (ride-sharing) is easy. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are enthusiastic. We received a welcome gift and welcome fruit upon arrival, and when we left, the child even got to draw a blind box and took another bottle of drink from them.

The hotel is located right above the Seventy-Two Wonders Scenic Area, offering panoramic views of the entire area directly from the rooms. Transportation is very convenient, and the hotel breakfast is good. The rooms are clean and well soundproofed. The staff were also very warm and attentive, providing a lot of help to us and our children. They even gave us complimentary tickets to the scenic area, which we greatly appreciate.
