OKDAY Hotel (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park)

## Facilities: This hotel only opened half a year ago, so all the facilities are brand new. The smart devices are also super advanced, making everything feel very convenient and comfortable. This is truly one of the most satisfying stays I've booked on Ctrip in recent years. ## Hygiene: The bedding was clean and hygienic, and the pillows were memory foam. When traveling, I always worry about uncomfortable pillows affecting my sleep, but here, I slept soundly until morning. ## Service: Even before I arrived at the hotel, I was connected with a butler. The butler provided prompt service throughout my stay and even offered thoughtful amenities like facial cleanser. This hotel truly pays attention to every detail. ## Gifts: The farewell gift upon check-out was also a lovely touch. From the moment I arrived until I left, there were pleasant surprises. I was sad to leave, but unfortunately, during the National Day holiday, the hotel was fully booked, and I couldn't extend my stay. Such a pity!

Overall, this hotel's environment and service completely exceeded my expectations. First, the public areas are warm and pleasant, and there's a self-service laundry room with washers and dryers, along with a laundry delivery service. You need a key card to access elevators on each floor, which offers great privacy. The smart furniture in the rooms is also well-done, mostly mid-to-high end. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of choices, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes. Of course, the hotel staff are also very enthusiastic. I usually don't bother writing good reviews, but this one definitely deserves a thumbs-up~

After we checked out, the hotel found my daughter's phone left in the room and immediately called us, then arranged for it to be sent by courier, allowing us to continue our journey with peace of mind. It truly felt like home, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The location is also good; it's a 5-minute drive to the East Gate of the Forest Park, and getting to other attractions is also very convenient. The front desk staff were consistently patient and handled things efficiently. All in all, there's nothing to complain about; I had a comfortable stay and would consider this place again next time I visit Zhangjiajie.

This hotel in Wulingyuan is a hidden gem, absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent, and the rooms were spotless. They even upgraded me to a deluxe twin room. The washing machine and shoe dryer were incredibly useful, and breakfast was good too!

It's very conveniently located near the Wulingyuan entrance, and the service attitude is excellent. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Xiang, was warm and thoughtful.
