Excellent hotel in a goodl location! The hotel itself is very cozy and authentic. The staff is friendly and attentive. They also provide coffee, tea ceremony, and cookies. Also the hotel driver is a very helpful and can get you to the east gate or bus station free of charge. The hotel is designed in a pleasant Japanese style inside an authentic building Thank you for the warm welcome, for conversation during tea ceremony - I would be happy to stay here again!

I booked this hotel because I saw the high rating compared to other accomodation. After staying for one night, I can understand why this accomodation is highly rated. The owner is very nice and helpful. He is very responsive via WeChat and helped us purchased discounted tickets to the National Park, answered any questions we had as well as offered a shuttle to and from East Gate which was only around 10mins away. The room was large to open suitcases without issues and was clean. The bathroom does get wet after having a shower but it was not a big deal. I experienced no issues. Breakfast was across the road at the other building which had two gorgeous cats roaming in the lobby. My family was happy with our stay and would like to thank the owner and his staff for the hospitality received.

The accommodation was very close to a lively street, with many locations to eat and buy souvenirs. The host provided us transportation to the park gate and/or bus station, which was very convenient for our plans. Totally recommend it!

Place is great n near the park. It is near grocery stores n few great restaurant. Staff in the hotel is helpful n breakfast is great. Cats in the property are very cute. Room is ok n well kept. However, during our few weeks trip around china, there is only one local restaurant on that street which is next to OYO charges for rice and empty bowls n spoon set which shocked us.

Very good location in Wulingyuan city, next to the main street. The place is really beautiful and clean with everything you can need and the staff is just amazingly kind and helpful, they arranged for us all the tickets last minute.

We had an excellent stay and the best part is that the host wrote us an amazing route to go see the national park. We had an amazing time and a lot of fun. The rooms were also very clean! It was quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was professional and they were very kind. They were available at all times in case we needed anything. We kindly appreciate that a lot !
