The environment is great, and there's an elevator. The soundproofing isn't the best, but it's perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The hygiene is good, and it's very close to Tianmen Mountain. Downstairs is basically a food street with everything you could want.

I extended my stay the minute I walked in the foyer and met the host of the hotel! She is kind efficient informative and operates a fantastic stay! The location is convenient and the laneway - whilst directly off a bustling alley of food, stores & massages - is quiet and homely! Stay here! You will not be disappointed

The location was very convenient, walking distance from the cable car and Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station. The room was very nice and clean and the couple who managed the hotel was amazing! They were very helpful and super nice. I am very grateful. Thank you so much for everything

I highly recommend this hotel for stay. You won't regret it, cz the stuff, the sweet family is so welcoming, kind and caring. Its location is just perfect near the, next to the cable taking to Tianmen mountain. The lady helped me buy the tickets to the mountain in advance, so I just went and waited at the line to the cable. We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and comfy. Thanks much!
