We stayed at Manyuan Resort Hotel in Zhangjiajie and it was one of the best hotel experiences on our trip! ❤️ Just a short walk from the national park entrance, the location couldn’t be better. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with lovely river views. But what made the stay truly special was the staff — super friendly and helpful with itinerary planning, booking tickets, laundry service, and even language help. Breakfast was delicious and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie!

Our stay here was just lovely and very convenient for the days we spent hiking in the National Park. The East Gate entrance is just a beautiful 10-minute morning walk from the resort. After long days exploring nature, we could relax in the bathtub and use the laundry room to wash and dry our clothes. The staff was extremely helpful—they even took our clothes from the washing machine and put them out to dry because it was already quite late. The breakfast buffet is very diverse and a nice way to start the day. While we personally might prefer fewer options and slightly higher quality over quantity, the wide selection is great for catering to different kinds of tourists, offering both Chinese and Western dishes. Overall a great place to stay!

Reception staff super friendly, best service we’ve had in China so far, helped us with all of the bookings to the attractions such as Baofeng lake, Grand Canyon, avatar national park and Tianmen mountain, gave us the best recommendations according to fog weather and overcrowded times. I ordered a lot of things on taobao and to return, they have been extremely helpful with this. They even have a laundry room which I used at night, all of my washing was taken out of the dryer by the staff and ready to wear the next morning, breakfast was great, I would recommend this hotel to any traveller, it beats all the other hotels I have stayed at in China including 5 diamond ones. This hotel really deserves 5 diamonds for the service they provide. Thank you for making my stay wonderful, easy and stress free!

Service was excellent: - accommodated us when our shower room was leaking and switched our rooms immediately - heated up our food for us and went the extra mile to provide us with ice when the machine was off for the winter season - addressed all of our questions regarding local attractions quickly via messaging - very knowledgeable and friendly staff that saw us off when we left - helped us do our laundry and fold our clothes for free - food was great and there was variety that changed everyday Rooms: - everything was very clean - room was tidied everyday for you - very spacious rooms with good views - location is very accessible to the zhangjiajie park east gate and Wulingyuan town but also far enough that it’s not too noisy

Decided to visit Zhangjiajie on a whim, and after browsing countless hotels on Ctrip, I finally settled on this one – and it was an excellent choice! The location is fantastic, just a few hundred meters from the Wulingyuan scenic area's main entrance. The service was also top-notch. What really stood out was that the hotel had already turned on the heating in the room before I arrived, and it stayed on even when I left, which was a huge plus. The breakfast spread was also very rich and diverse. This hotel is definitely my top recommendation for anyone visiting the Wulingyuan scenic area in Zhangjiajie!
