Thumbs up to the hotel front desk staff! The service is very enthusiastic! Because we saw on Ctrip that there were only double rooms, our family of four directly upgraded to an elegant twin room. The children also slept well. The water pressure in the room was sufficient, the hygiene was good, and the details of the service were very attentive. All in all, this trip to Zhangjiajie was very enjoyable😃

During the Spring Festival, the service facilities could not keep up. The hot water was intermittent during the shower.

I asked the waiter and said that the hotel was renovated in 2006 and was old and shabby... The interface even said it was renovated in 19 years. I was really speechless. There was urine on the toilet, hair on the quilt and sheets...

We departed from Hefei and arrived at our destination in the early morning on January 23. Ctrip could make normal reservations. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk saw that we had arrived in the early morning. We could stay until check-out on the afternoon of the 25th. Since we had more time in the middle of the night on the 23rd, we said There were no rooms left. Ctrip was inaccurate. We had to find another room in the middle of the night. In this case, our room fee was deducted. I was really speechless.

在攜程上特意指定要無煙房，很細心安排了！酒店免費配備了一次性洗簌用品的，房間的空調是自己調配温度，不錯👍酒店的位置也很好找，就是旅遊旺季，酒店的車輛停的太多了，生意爆的不行

酒店比較大，房間寬敞舒適，因為帶着小朋友出門，前台工作人員特意給升級大床，感到很開心，房間的電話線是可以直接充電了，方便快捷！空調也很暖和！推薦入住！

酒店位置好，停車方便，距天門山車程5分鐘，核心景區半小時，周圍購物，特色歺廳好多，客房設備新，空間大，床上用品新，價格實惠。下次不二選擇。
