The service was very attentive, and the hotel's concierge even helped us plan our itinerary.

From the outside, this guesthouse looks pretty ordinary, but step inside and it's a hidden gem! ✨ You could say every turn reveals a new sight, with photo-worthy spots tucked into every corner – every snap looks great. The guesthouse's location is also super convenient, right across from the Charming Xiangxi Grand Theatre, so you can just walk out to catch a show. It's also really close to Baofeng Lake and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which saved a lot of travel time. They even have a big Doberman and a cat, both incredibly cute. The Doberman looks imposing but is actually very gentle, and the cat is friendly and loves a good pet – very therapeutic! But what truly touched me were the people here. From the first day we checked in, the front desk attendant would ask about our plans for the next day every evening, then patiently help me plan our routes, advising on the most time-efficient and easiest ways to get around. That sincerity was truly genuine! The owner, a beautiful and kind lady, was even more wonderful – I accidentally caught a cold and developed a cough a few days into my stay. When she found out, she brought me different fruits every day to boost my Vitamin C, and even specially got some local berry tea, saying it was great for the throat. When I had a fever, she immediately offered to accompany me to the hospital for a check-up. Even the cleaning auntie on my floor would kindly remind me to drink more water when she saw me! Every single staff member in this guesthouse was so warm, making me feel right at home.

Hidden away in the bustling city, I was initially worried about noise, but it was surprisingly quiet at night, which was great for sleeping. The surrounding amenities are excellent; there are delicious restaurants downstairs and nearby, and after eating, you can take a stroll. It’s also very close to the East Gate of the Forest Park, just a 7-8 minute taxi ride away. The complimentary afternoon fruit was a nice touch, and the butler service was very thoughtful.

Both the guesthouse's environment and rooms are beautiful and definitely live up to the price. It was a very comfortable stay. There are plenty of dining options nearby; Charming Xiangxi is right across the street. The butler service was attentive and prompt, and they provided a lot of useful tips. Both the kids and adults were very satisfied.

This B&B experience was absolutely fantastic! It included breakfast, and I even got to pet cats and dogs. The service was incredibly attentive; they provided one-on-one assistance throughout my stay. They helped me book tickets and arranged taxis flawlessly. The front desk staff were also very friendly. I highly recommend it!

10 out of 10! The staff is super knowledgeable and considerate, following up with us from A to Z, can totally be your remote tour guide. The handmade map and route suggestion is very very good - our tour of the day is always against the crowd and smooth with no waiting in queue. The local food recommendation helps us a lot too - try staying away from tourist trap and non fresh ones. The weather is so unpredictabl, we don’t see anything due to the fog for the first day but quickly changed our route by swapping day 2 to day 1, it’s important to stay on top of weather forecast and keep in touch closely with hotel staff - this would save lots of hassle and maximize the time in Zhangjiajie. The mimi cat and baogu dog are so so cute and friendly, one point added!

The hotel's exterior boasts a charming Xiangxi-style architecture, while the interior is surprisingly modern and stylish. I noticed many foreign guests staying there. They have a very old dog and a cat, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They even helped me carry my huge suitcase upstairs! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Facilities: The smart home system throughout the property is pretty good. Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy. The disposable toilet seat covers and slippers were a nice touch. Environment: It's a guesthouse with its own bar, but it was still very quiet at night. Good soundproofing. Service: The owner's service was excellent. Deluxe Double Afternoon Tea: There was also afternoon tea with fruit. A perfect guesthouse!

We had an excellent family stay here! So much so that we extended it by a day to do nothing, just chill in the room. The best part was the staff and service. Special mention for Tan Jin who went over and beyond to help us plan our National forest park visit. She accommodated all our needs and made an exclusive inside plan for us. It helped us immensely to cover everything and well in time. One of the days when we came home wet in the rain, she just knocked on the door and surprised us with delicious warm, date tea, fruits and local dessert. She was super helpful, pleasant and smart to understand us- despite of the language barrier. She also gave us a walking stick to stay safe from monkeys. And helped us book all our tickets to park, glass bridge etc The room was clean and was always well replenished after cleaning. They gave eye masks which we absolutely loved using after tiring hikes. The location was a pleasant surprise . We are a vegeterian family and we had no problem with the food at all. Because the hotel is located in a place full of restaurants , street shopping, coffee shops, massage parlours. We shopped for a lot of souvenirs, toys, fruits, local delicacies by just stepping out of the hotel. Hotel has excellent pizza eatery and bar. We enjoyed the pizza on one of the days. Bonus - the hotel is very close (walking distance or 10 mins by DD) to east gate of the national park. Breakfast was included in our package and good too. If the food was finished, the staff was prompt to refill it and offered to customise and freshly make noodles for me (since I am a vegetarian) There was a ball bit with slides, children’s books etc where my daughter spent a lot of time and this place had a treadmill that kept my teenager busy. Overall I was very impressed by the hospitality and had one of the best stays here. Highly recommend it for families.

The hotel's surroundings are lovely, and the service is very attentive.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The location is great as it's 15/20 minute walk to the east gate, but you can even take a 2 minute didi ride there. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming, especially our host who helped with our itinerary in the national park. This was amazing because the park is huge and can be difficult to navigate especially if you don't speak chinese. On top of that she booked all the tickets and managed to get us unlimited cablecar, which I doubt we would have been able to get ourself. She was helping us throughout our journey and always quick to respond. She also helped with restaurant recommendations and everything you can think of. Overall we would definitely recommend this place as it's one of the most pleasant travel experiences we had. They also had a very cute cat and dog!

We had such a great stay here. Tassa, the host, is incredibly kind and attentive, and she helped us with everything we needed. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and beautifully designed, with a really nice aesthetic. The location near the national park is perfect. Would definitely recommend! Also, they have the cutest cat and dog, which made the stay even more special. Would definitely recommend! 10/10

The room design is very scholarly, spacious, and features a charming small courtyard. The butler service was incredibly attentive and professional, helping us with all sorts of issues, from parking and luggage to recommending food and planning our itinerary. It felt like visiting an old friend. The breakfast auntie was so warm and her cooking was fantastic! Next time, I'll definitely stay for more days. The location is super convenient. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Zhangjiajie.

The room was very clean, and it had a private courtyard outside. Breakfast was thoughtful, and the service was excellent. Both the front desk lady and our travel concierge were super friendly and quickly helped us with whatever we needed. We felt a bit rushed this time, so we'll definitely come back again! 😄
