Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was incredibly clean and looked exactly as it did in the pictures online. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, making for a relaxing experience. The owner was a true lifesaver. He went above and beyond to help us with our sightseeing plans in the mountain areas near Zhangjiajie. He booked all of our entry tickets and arranged for our transportation, which made navigating the area effortless. We truly couldn't have managed to see everything without his expert help. The room was kept spotless and quiet throughout our stay, with fresh towels provided daily. We highly recommend this hotel!

Even though we arrived quite late, the owner greeted us very warmly. The entrance is a bit small, but once you step inside, it's very spacious. The hallway is adorned with photos of the owner's family, creating a very cozy atmosphere. The hotel was filled with a pleasant floral scent – highly recommended! Best of all, there are two incredibly cute dogs living at the hotel. They were strays rescued by the owner, and they are super adorable with lovely personalities, happy to be petted. The room was large and decorated very warmly. The air conditioning worked great. The only minor issue was a slightly clogged toilet, but it was manageable. The location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to Tianmen Mountain. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely come back next time!

Very helpful front desk staff who will come pick you up at the main road. They will give you a map and good recommendations for things to do in the city. The room was beautiful with a view of the river, two large beds, a living room area, and comfortable balcony chairs. There is also a foot massage place across the street for tired feet after a long day walking.

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had! The hotel owners treated me like family while I was there and helped me book all of my activities in Zhangjiajie at no extra charge. As a foreigner, they helped me with detailed instructions through a translator and even helped me book taxis and bus tickets to get where I needed to be. The room was very cozy and clean, and the location had many restaurants and shops nearby. Almost every day they gave me some fruit from their local garden and made sure I had an easy time navigating the area. It truly felt like staying with family, and I hope to return soon!

I absolutely loved this hotel, the bed was so comfortable and I had such a great sleep… I wish I knew where they got those pillows! It’s at street level, but totally separated… The only downside is that there are no windows, or at least there wasn’t in my room. But I was only there for one night so not so bad and also, it’s not like you’re in your room for that long anyway. Really enjoyed my stay!
