Fulan Tehe·Hotel (Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain)

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right below the Tianmen Mountain cable car! 😍 It's super convenient for getting up and down the mountain. Plus, the room facilities are very new, making for a really comfortable stay. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance, and you can even enjoy distant views of Tianmen Mountain. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Right opposite the hotel is the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. Going up Tianmen Mountain by cable car involved a 1.5-hour wait, and coming down was even worse, taking at least two hours of queuing. I'm definitely not going there again. Zhangjiajie National Forest Park was decent, but it's too far from the city center.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Song, was incredibly helpful.

The rooms are meticulously cleaned and tidy, offering a high level of comfort. The front desk staff are warm and professional; the check-in process, issuing invoices, and water bills were all smooth and efficient. It's a great choice for both business trips and leisure travel.

The location is excellent, right across the road from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. There are plenty of great eateries nearby; Sanxiaguo is right next door to the hotel, plus there's a morning market and a night market. There are also large supermarkets and malls in the vicinity. The service was also great; they assigned me a room with a balcony, which was a fantastic experience. The cleanliness was also very good.

The breakfast was absolutely awful, like something left over from years ago. There was orange juice that looked suspiciously discolored, sausage that was mostly filler, and stale bread. We ended up having to go to McDonald's. The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the cable car station, otherwise, it's terrible! Avoid, avoid, avoid! 🤮🤮🤮

The hotel has an excellent location, right across the road from the cable car entrance, which made it super convenient for taking the cable car in the morning. The front desk kindly offered complimentary breakfast for the whole family before we even checked in, which was a very thoughtful touch. They also have a parking lot, making it easy to get around. This hotel offers incredible value for money!
