As a hotel that provides non-smoking rooms, we should indeed strictly enforce the no-smoking policy. However, it seems that there were lapses in management and air quality control, resulting in you still being bothered by the smoke odor even after changing rooms, and even affecting your health. This is a major mistake in our work. Due to the recent peak in occupancy, we have indeed made many oversights in service details, which has led to a poor experience for you. We are very sorry. At the same time, we would like to explain to you that our hotel has always been marked as a four-star hotel on the platform and has never promoted itself as a "five-star" hotel. It is possible that user reviews on other platforms or your personal expectations have led to this misunderstanding. However, we are well aware that regardless of the star rating, the problems you encountered, such as the leaking shower, insufficient breakfast seating, and long elevator waiting times, are all our management failures. The relevant engineering and operation teams are already making urgent rectifications.Regarding the transportation issue you mentioned: All the scenic spots in Zhangjiajie are in mountainous areas and are somewhat distant from each other. The nearest scenic spot to our hotel is Tianmen Mountain, which is relatively convenient to reach. To go to Fenghuang Town, you can walk a few hundred meters from the hotel to the Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station (which is right next to the railway station you described), where there are direct buses to Fenghuang Town, with a journey of about 2 to 3 hours. Alternatively, you can go to Zhangjiajie West Railway Station to take a high-speed train (about 30 minutes to Fenghuang Town Station).We are deeply sorry for the various inconveniences caused by your stay.
