For the price paid, it’s super affordable. Very functional and comes with full amenities though not the best quality, you get what you pay for. The owner was kind enough to pick us up from Zhangjiajie West Station, and the place is less than 10 minutes away. He was super helpful throughout our stay.

We had a pleasant stay. The host was very warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room itself was quite basic, so don’t expect many extras, but it was fine for a simple stay. Overall, a good experience thanks to the kindness of the host.

We had the most wonderful experience at Zhangjiajie West Station Hotel, a truly lovely family-run place that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The entire family was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond—picking us up from the station and even dropping us off very early in the morning for our departure. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying a barbecue lunch with some of the family members, which felt like a genuine cultural experience rather than something staged for tourists. They also took us to visit their local farm, which was not only fascinating but also a delight for our children—they absolutely loved it. This hotel isn’t just a convenient base for exploring the breathtaking Zhangjiajie National Park; it’s also a perfect place to experience authentic local life and hospitality in this beautiful part of China. We can't recommend it enough to anyone seeking both comfort and cultural connection during their travels.

We slept there just for one night as it was close to the railway station, and waw it was a good surprise! The room is clean and really correct, especially in comparison to the price. And above all, the owner is REALLY KIND, and helped us + gave us some food for free without expecting anything.

Very nice hotel, especially for early train departures or late arrivals as it is 5 minutes from the western train station Zhangjiajiexi. The owner is extremely friendly and very helpful. He showed us how to get to the city centre (bus 4 and 6), where to eat. In the morning he even brought us to the train station. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Our journey in Zhangjiajie was amazing thanks to the kindness and attentiveness of our host. He didn’t hesitate to drive us from the west station to the hostel and from the hostel to the west station or the closest bus stop. He even help us to find a drugstore when I told him I hurt my eyes. I highly recommended you to sleep at this hostel if you want to spend nice holidays visiting Zhangjiajie park which is quite close from the hostel by bus.

Nice apartment near railway station, it is very convenient, owner can pick you in the morning to get you to railway place. Clean room, nice service.
