Clean friendly hotel with great host family. We cycled from Wuhan and we had a wonderful 3 nights.
They helped us with everything: booking attractions, when one of us lost his phone, recommended nice places around the city, helped to send bicycles by cargo etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel for big groups because hotel had enough rooms for 14 cyclists.

The rooms are very nice. An the owners have been perfect!! They have help us a lot. We were in a hurry and they gave us diferent options. Finally everything went perfect. Thank you very very much!!

This was a lovely, comfortable hotel near the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, and also near the bus station to get to Wulingyuan National Park. The room was nice, the bed was big and the price for 2 nights was great value for money! What’s more, the owner was very friendly and helpful with offering advice about where to go and what to see in Zhangjiajie. I would recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is exactly as described. It is in a nice area full of other small hotels and local restaurants. The thing that I loved the most is that the cable way goes directly above the hotel so I could watch the cable cars coming and going from my window. That was awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful, they promptly used their cellphones to translate everything they were saying and made the communication possible. The only thing that I didn't love is that the bed was a bit too dusty in my opinion but the overall cleanliness of the room was ok.

Very nice stay, at a great price. We were very happy with the room and the service. The hosts are very kind and helpful. They helped us a lot, even though we didn't speak any Chinese. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

All was good. The only catch is that there is no elevator but i have heavy luggages.
