Great location when visiting the National Park. Within walking distance to the gate.
We were given a different room than booked, but still enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, with working air conditioning to keep us warm in Winter. Great selection of English speaking movies on the TV. Nice view out of our window into the town at night, but sometimes noisy from the street.
Owners also help organise our tickets to the park at a discounted price.

We arrived at 6:30 in the morning and the hotel's owner welcomed us and put us in a warm place even if it wasn't check-in time at all. He also patiently explained the different routes in the park.
The owners are both adorable and helpful, the hotel is very affordable, comfortable and well-decorated, it's also incredibly well located, just next to the Zhangjiajie park entrance.
We highly recommend it!

Overall acceptable. Does not have lifts so take note. Room is spacious with tea area. Service is not bad.

Great location! Rooms are good, only shower and toilet are not seperated in our room. Owners are very helpful and friendly!

Warm and friendly service. Very close to the scenic spot within a very short walking distance.Will stay again if go there in winter next time.

Great hotel very close to the east gate of zhangjiajie natural park. The village has everything you need and good wifi.

The room was very clean, and the boss was very hospitable. He also planned a good travel route for us. The tickets the boss booked for us were dozens of yuan cheaper than those outside.
