Great location if you’re planning to take the cablecart to the mountain. Room was nice and clean. Above all is the staff, super friendly and accomodating.

The stay was enjoyable and had a high floor. It was convenient with many marts around and a nice massage nearby. It is also comfortable and located near tianmen mountain cable car entrance

We booked the executive panoramic suite. The room was clean and tidy and we had a great view of the mountains in the background. This hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes (by bus) from the Tianmen Cableway station to get to the Tianmen mountain. The front desk were also really accommodating and was able to help us with the shipping a package to our next hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for the comfortable stay during our trip to Zhangjiajie!

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The stuff was very helpful with all our requests. They gave us every day water and cleaned our room with new towels! I recommend it to anyone visiting especially Tiananment mountain. Didi is very cheap to take from here.

It Is very nice Place tò stay. Really close tò the cableway tò tienmen Mountain and easily take the cablecar. The room It Was perfect, cleaned and It has amenities. We enjoyed so Much domotic staff

The room was super spacious, neat and clean. It also has easy access to the Tianmen mountain cableway for day trips. Everything was great for our stay here, and we would definitely stay here again (for longer next time!) if we come back to Zhangjiajie.

Facilities: Very complete, all basic amenities are available. Cleanliness: Very clean, very comfortable stay. Environment: Very convenient for walking to the Tianmen Mountain Lower Cable Car Station! Service: Excellent, the staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. It's very close to the Tianmen Mountain Lower Cable Car Station, within walking distance. The environment is good, breakfast is decent, and the air conditioning works well.
