The room was clean and very close to tourist attractions — just a short walk to the entrance. The accommodation is located right above a lively walking street with plenty of delicious and affordable food options. There are many great local restaurants nearby as well. The host was very kind and friendly, always ready to offer travel tips, help with directions, and even call transportation for us. Highly recommended!

A great hotel, in a walkable distance to the east gate of Zhangjiajie national park. The room was specious and great, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, and one of them spoke English. They helped us plan our routes in the park which was amazing. I highly recommend if you’re coming to Zhangjiajie park.

Loocation is fantastic.
Rooms are large and their staff's helpfulness is larger than large. They are not only polite and friendly they went out of the way to help and direct us to the best visiting site and the best time to avoiding crowds, they even help us check the weather forecast and tell us what to prepare for it, they point us to best places to eat without paying tourist prices, arranged transportation for us at local and at times even discounted rates. Most unexpectedly they really went out of the way to help us avoid vendors that rip off tourists.
Only drawback is the place is a bit old but we didn't mind cos their rates are great value for money. Highly recommend this place.

Reception lady very friendly and helpfull, excelent location in front of pedestrian street with lot of street food, 5 min walk to park gate, basic room with all you need for a good rest

The hotel owner is so friendly. She also helps up for the best route that we need to go when in JJZ national park. If you purchase the JJZ entrance ticket via the hotel owner, and they will not give any ticket for you but don't worry because it is fully digital, you only need to bring your passport and do face scanning. A lot of food choices around the hotel. And you only need 5 minutes walk to the JJZ entrance. Really recommended to stay here, will come back again in future.

We have seen small roaches in the bathroom, they changed our room. It is near to the East gate.

The owner provide explains the national park itinerary quite well and we bought the grand canyon pass from them. There's a daily night market in front of the hotel but the food is just normal.

Very very good price-performance ratio. The rooms were very clean and they changed the towels and toothbrush pack every day.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helped me to plan my three days (Two days national park and one day Bridge and Grand Canyon). They gave me the perfect route to hike in national park. The second day, I got lost in the park and didn’t know the best and cheapest way to go out of the park and hail a taxi. They helped to manage through this situation.
I can really recommend a stay in this hotel!
