The hotel is really near the Tianmen Cablecar. There are lots of restaurants in front of the hotel. The check-in was smooth, and the front lady was really nice and helpful, especially when we asked questions. The cleaning lady was also really nice. There are lots of water bottles in the hotel, so you do not need to buy extra bottles. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very practical : a short walk from the Tianmenshan cableway, it has driers and washing machines that are free of use (some staff can also help), the bathroom had a thread to dry your clothes on, etc.
The staff was very nice and helpful!
The room was clean and well-decorated!

Great location next to the cable way. Breakfast was plentiful and very high-quality on the eighth floor, there was a small gym as well as three washer and dryer machines. Staff were very kind and respectful. The room was massive and you can tell everything was very clean.

My stay at Atour Hotel was fantastic! Perfectly located right beside the 天门山 cable car, it made exploring the area a breeze. The hotel is also surrounded by amazing food options, with delicious local restaurants just steps away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations and ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and cozy, making it an ideal base for our trip. Highly recommend Atour Hotel for its prime location and excellent hospitality!

Excellent location near to Tianmenshan Cableway, just a few minutes walk to the entrance! A lot of restaurant and convenience shop nearby. Spacious room and clean toilet. Hotel is very lovely will keep a few bottles of mineral water at lift waiting area and laundry room, not to mention also the free laundry service. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay here whenever they come to Zhangjiajie!

We had a wonderful stay at ATOUR Hotel. The location is perfect -just a short walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Messa at the front desk who went above and beyond by giving us water for our trip. The hotel offers plenty of complimentary treats, including drinks in the room, a free supper and discount for delicious breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The laundry service was thoughtful too- the staff kindly offered to fold our clean clothes for pickup and asked us to rest early. ATOUR truly takes great care of their guests. Highly recommended!

I went from the station to the wrong Atour hotel (there are two). However, the receptionist was super helpful - she ordered a DiDi for me to the correct hotel. She also helped me with the fact that the DiDi driver from the railway station tried to overcharge me. I don’t know her name, but I am very grateful to her!
The staff at the correct Atour hotel were also very helpful - thank you.

As usual, I am impressed with Atour hotel! The room was super comfortable and we really had a good night sleep after attempting the 999 steps down the Tianmenshan mountain ! The staff were very friendly, too!
