Zhangjiajie International Hotel

This hotel is conveniently located right by Zhangjiajie Dayongqiao Park, close to Zhangjiajie High-speed Railway Station, the highway exit, and Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport, making transport incredibly easy. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby for guests to choose from.

The bathroom outlets weren't working, so I couldn't plug in my hairdryer. Very disappointing.

The hotel has a great location—very close to the high-speed rail station and also close to Tianmen Mountain; the hotel is clean—clean and tidy; the hotel service is also good…no wonder it is a long-established star-rated hotel in Zhangjiajie.

I was extremely satisfied with my hotel choice. I'm proud of my decision and especially grateful to the hotel. I travel a lot these days, and a quick glance at Ctrip tells me how to choose a hotel. Between another international hotel and this one, I was convinced Zhang International was better, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. 1. Thank you to the hotel for giving me a room right next to the Lishui River, with a view of Tianmen Cave from the window; 2. The hotel has a great location, and the exterior is much nicer than in the photos. Many foreigners were staying there. It even had a bathtub and a lamp for my child to do homework. The cleaning staff were extremely polite and attentive; 3. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even prepared mooncakes for us for the Mid-Autumn Festival (August 15th of the ***** calendar). There were some at the front desk, some in the room, and housekeeping even brought mooncakes – so touching! 4. A shout-out to the young man at the front desk, Mr. Gong – polite, courteous, patient, and attentive; 5. Thank you to Ctrip for extending my check-out time to 4 PM, and thank you to the front desk for not rushing me.

I chose this international hotel during my trip to Zhangjiajie, and the experience was fantastic! The location is excellent, convenient for getting around, not far from scenic spots and shopping areas, and easy to navigate by taxi or car. The exterior is grand, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the decor is stylish, with landscape paintings and red lanterns creating a wonderful atmosphere. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, and there were people to help with parking and luggage. They even provided small gifts, which was very thoughtful and considerate. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! For those who want a hassle-free trip to Zhangjiajie, this hotel is a must-visit! ✨
