有一説一：1房間昏暗，燈少瓦數低；2房間不衞生，開關上有浮塵，提供的竹製託盤上發了黴，牀頭櫃下還有已經幹掉的橘子皮，工作人員打掃完衞生抹布都留在客房裡，可見房間是怎麼打掃的；3淋浴房下水不通暢，洗完澡漏在外面一灘水，水量很大，但總調不到你想要的温度；4主要接旅行團的生意，早上八點下樓吃早飯，本來品種不多，味道不好，連粥桶都見底了，服務員生硬地告知，沒有就是沒有了，不補，連雞蛋都要按人頭髮放；5民宿的主打亮點就是小度智能，結果住宿的客人變成了小度智能的奴隸，本來衹要自己按一下開關的事，現在還要看它的心情，經常給出指令，沒有行動；6房間裏沒有櫃子、桌子。所以散客們如果介意以上6點，三思而後行!

房型很差，服務很差，300塊錢一個小小的房間，行李都沒地方放，房間衞生條件也很堪憂，位置也很不好，周邊啥都沒有。早餐很敷衍。

房間地板都翹起來了，一看就是年久失修了，到房間的第一天，衞生都沒做乾淨，洗漱台和鏡子全是水漬，並且被子都是臟的，最可氣的時候早上在我沒退房且一大早八點的時候用房卡直接開我房門，一句道歉沒有直接出去了，而且出去的時候關門聲音大得不得了，直接拉黑這家酒店！！！
