新開的店，還沒怎麼營業過，東西很新，老闆人很好，自己沒做飯，但是周邊有很多本地飯館，價格挺實惠的，這兩天天氣好，看到的風景真的漂亮，就是爬山累，還好老闆免費接送我們進景區，景區外的停車場收費好貴，老闆這裏可以免費停車，離景區又近，下次再來還住這裏！

老闆很熱情，給規劃了路線，還免費接送我們到南門票站，民宿位置也好，離門口不遠，周邊吃飯也方便，客棧是去年才開業的，東西都很新，房間衞生乾淨，房間很大，住着很舒服，房間的視野也很好，可以看到景區的山，下雨天煙霧朦朧的，很有仙境那種味道。

既然老闆説：那你差評吧，我無所謂。那我就如實説，選擇這個民宿，第一新開的衞生會比較好，第二該民宿承諾提供免費接送至景區門口（這也是矛盾源頭）作為外地來旅遊的我們，本身就不熟悉，所以對第二點期望值比較高。當天在下午四點左右到達，當時衹有一個阿姨在，她説她辦不來入住，要等她兒子回來，當時我們問了，是否可以接送至景區，阿姨説可以，但是她兒子沒有回來，要等她回來才可以。我們當時並沒有任何不滿的態度，然後進入房間放行李，下樓準備去吃飯，再次問了阿姨接送問題，因為我們想趁下午的時間先去玩一下，阿姨説她兒子要很晚才回來，今天是接送不了的。至此我們都沒有説什麼。晚上我們吃了晚飯回來，貌似老闆娘回來了，有個弟娃給我們辦了入住，我們第三次提及接送，老闆娘原話：我們以前有，現在沒有。態度非常不好，我們就進行理論，説到她**之類，説她偷換概念，逃避責任，老闆娘才給了兩個方案，坐班車或者打車，費用他們承擔，一開始衹能説非常嘴硬，態度惡劣。説不過了，就改口説因為接送的人這兩天有事，就是接送不了。本來事情可以就此解決，老闆娘非説我指責她，説我們的問題，類似：那你差評吧我無所謂。退房也要按全天算（那個時候才九點）後續就算打平台電話，**，商家最後不道歉也不承認之前的方案。綜上，就是個態度問題ps或許就像老闆娘説的她又不靠這個生活，所以態度這麼惡劣吧，

環境優美，一家四口過來，房間挺新的，很適合居住，床夠大，老闆還免費接送到南門。有什麼旅遊不懂，可以問房東。她講的很仔細，建議提前去的自己帶雨衣，有些小貴，去天門山冬天來的帶防滑套
