Huatian properties in Zhangjiajie

I originally chose this hotel because of the convenient Tesla Supercharger for easy charging. Even though I was only staying one night, the front desk upgraded my room. While the hotel's decor is from the 90s, it's very well-maintained, clean, and spacious, with unbeatable views. It's also super convenient to get to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway station in the morning; it's just a short walk away.

Today's breakfast was exceptionally warm and pleasant, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Ms. Zhang Huici. The Sunshine Hotel boasts a beautiful location, nestled against the Li River and facing Tianmen Mountain. I brought two friends for a relaxing getaway, and everyone was very impressed. A big thank you to the hotel's lobby, restaurant, and housekeeping staff for their warm and attentive service, which made our leisure trip truly enjoyable!

The hotel is large and has a great ambiance, which is why we came. Everything started off well. 1. I woke up at 5:30 AM to get to Wulingyuan by 6:30 AM. Breakfast wasn't ready until 6:30 AM. It seems no matter how many guests complain, they won't open any earlier. 2. Check-out is at 2 PM. We came back from Wulingyuan at 1 PM, and arrived at the hotel at 1:25 PM, tired and desperate for a rest. But then, our key card wouldn't open the door! We had to go back and forth with the front desk to sort it out. Oh well, it was already check-out time. My child had fallen asleep on me by then. These are all hotel rules, and after all, guests are just ordinary people, not celebrities, so good service doesn't seem to matter much.
