JI Hotel properties in Zhangjiajie

Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk service was excellent. Staff even offered helpful advice on how to best explore the area. The room looked brand new and was very clean, with a simple yet cozy color scheme and plenty of space. All the facilities worked perfectly. Breakfast was a rich buffet with a good variety of dishes, and it was quite affordable. The food tasted great, and I especially loved the chicken noodle soup I had every day! The hotel staff also recommended the top 7 restaurants with the highest guest satisfaction. My favorite was Xiangjian Tu Cai Guan · Nong Jia Cai (Hunan Farmhouse Cuisine); the food was fantastic, and the owner even refilled our dishes for free. I feel like I'll always choose Ji Hotel for my future travels!

The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning view of both the cable car and planes in the same frame – I was genuinely amazed! Getting to the scenic area was also very convenient. The front desk lady was super friendly. Overall, a great hotel experience!

The hotel arranged a shuttle service, which was a great experience. The hotel smelled wonderful and was very clean; it's a new hotel! The breakfast was also good, and the laundry machine was excellent—it washed and dried clothes perfectly! It's very close to the cable car!

The location is right next to the Twelve Wonders Tower. The last photo in the gallery was taken from the hotel's stairway within the Twelve Wonders Tower, looking down, which means the room is actually inside the Twelve Wonders Tower itself. This place isn't inherently quiet, but the thick glass and doors probably contribute to the overall feeling of peace and quiet. The hardware facilities are top-notch, no complaints there. However, there's still room for improvement regarding the service.
