JI Hotel properties in Zhangjiajie

The hotel's location, facilities, and service are all excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were well-trained. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast was too simple, with too many carbs and not enough protein. It was even worse than other Ji Hotel locations. Eating in Zhangjiajie is much cheaper than in places like Guilin or Libo, so I don't understand why Ji Hotel is so stingy.

My stay at the All Seasons Hotel in Yongding District was a pleasant surprise! The location is excellent, very close to Tianmen Mountain and the downtown commercial area. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, the room had great natural light, and the bathroom was clean with a dry/wet separation and no strange odors. The staff were all very friendly and polite, and check-in was fast and efficient. Special shout-out to Ms. Jia at the front desk for her wonderful service. The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

The hotel's location is super convenient; it's a 5-minute drive to Tianmen Mountain Cableway, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, like Cha Yan and Suo Xi. I originally booked a room without breakfast, but Manager Zeng from the hotel kindly arranged breakfast vouchers for me. They were also very helpful in answering all my questions about getting around. Plus, there was an ample supply of mineral water, and they even allowed a late check-out for my high-speed train, which was a huge relief and saved a lot of hassle. All in all, for travel, Hanting (All Seasons) is my top choice!

The hotel is right next to the 72-Strange-Buildings Scenic Area, which is very convenient, and there's a nice night view. However, the cleaning wasn't very thorough in some corners, and it took a while for them to come and clean after we called. Getting to Tianmen Mountain by taxi only takes a few minutes. We parked our car in the underground garage, but when we left, nobody told us that the exit wasn't a return route and that we had to go in a different direction. The signs in the garage were super unclear, making it very easy to get lost.

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance, and the value for money is truly exceptional. They offer a shuttle service to and from the station, which is super convenient and stress-free. The hotel's overall design is very elegant and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The laundry facilities and gym equipment are all great. It's also very easy to get around, being quite close to the city center. The staff are efficient and responsive, and the hotel amenities are very convenient, including a mini-fridge in the room.
