The hotel is brand new and its facilities are excellent. Guests can also enjoy complimentary ice cream and fruit tea in the ground floor lobby. The weather wasn't great on our first day in Zhangjiajie, but the front desk even offered free raincoats. The service was exceptional. The hotel's breakfast restaurant also serves dinner. One evening, after a tiring day of sightseeing, we were happy to simply order dinner at the ground floor restaurant. To our surprise, the food was actually quite delicious, especially the spicy squid and shrimp, which was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is very close to the airport, just a two or three-minute drive, but it's very quiet at night and you can't hear any planes. The facilities are brand new, and the service is excellent, especially the hotel butler. They not only helped arrange airport pickup but also patiently answered all our questions and provided assistance regarding our stay and travel plans. We encountered some light rain during our trip to Zhangjiajie this time, and it was quite foggy on the mountains, which was a bit of a shame.
