Orange Hotel properties in Zhangjiajie

The hotel is right near the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and the facilities are complete and well-equipped. The front desk service was especially thoughtful, as they proactively helped us with a late check-out, which was convenient for us to rest a bit after sightseeing before heading to the airport. The stay was very comfortable, and I would choose this place again next time!

I'm back at my favorite Orange Hotel 🍊 again, and it's as comfortable as ever! The room is spacious, and all the toiletries have that signature orange scent. Plus, they offer free shuttle service to and from the East Gate of the Wulingyuan Scenic Area. After walking 20,000 steps, I was completely exhausted, but I just called the hotel driver and he came to pick me up. The breakfast selection is also fantastic, and the location is absolutely superb! There's a snack street and night market right outside the door, and it's just a short stroll to the Charming Xiangxi show. It was a very enjoyable trip!

The lady at the front desk provided excellent service. Check-in was fast and she was very thoughtful; she not only upgraded our room but also gave us complimentary breakfast. It instantly melted away our travel fatigue. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is brand new and its facilities are excellent. Guests can also enjoy complimentary ice cream and fruit tea in the ground floor lobby. The weather wasn't great on our first day in Zhangjiajie, but the front desk even offered free raincoats. The service was exceptional. The hotel's breakfast restaurant also serves dinner. One evening, after a tiring day of sightseeing, we were happy to simply order dinner at the ground floor restaurant. To our surprise, the food was actually quite delicious, especially the spicy squid and shrimp, which was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is also conveniently located not far from Seventy-Two Qilou, so if you return early enough, you can even take a stroll around there.
