Vienna International Hotel properties in Zhangjiajie

The room was spacious and comfortable with good ventilation. The disposable amenities were of good quality (even the toothbrush was a good one). The breakfast options were quite ordinary. There seemed to be an issue with the air conditioning. Even though it was set to 25 degrees, it kept blowing cold air at 20 degrees (until the room temperature reached 20, and it was blowing directly on my head). This was a very poor experience – it was either too hot or too cold.

This hotel is relatively quiet, with a great atmosphere, and it's cheaper and offers better value for money than places near the scenic area.

The hotel stay was great, and they even offered a shuttle service to attractions, which was a very thoughtful touch. The staff were also very polite, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Because of this, we extended our stay for another day.

This deluxe twin room was perfect for traveling with my two grandmothers! The two 1.5-meter wide beds were spacious and comfortable for the elderly. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. The room was equipped with smart controls, a large TV, and wireless charging, all of which were easy for seniors to use. The entire room was clean and quiet, making for a very pleasant and restful stay. The hotel also conveniently provides invoices on-site, which is great for reimbursement. The overall service was thoughtful, making it highly recommended for those traveling with older family members! The service was warm and excellent.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and has a parking lot, which is very friendly to friends who drive. The room facilities are complete, and the location is excellent, making travel convenient. It's my first choice whenever I stay in a hotel. The breakfast is also good.
