Vienna International Hotel properties in Zhangjiajie

My stay at the Vienna Hotel was truly excellent! I stayed for two nights, and a wonderful lady at the front desk even upgraded me to a river-view room for free. The service was impeccable. The hotel offers both a washing machine and dryer, which was incredibly convenient. Its location is fantastic, very close to Tianmen Mountain. The room itself was spacious, and the shower had great water pressure. All in all, my overall experience was superb. I highly recommend everyone to stay here – this is my honest review!

Vienna Hotel is truly a hidden gem for accommodation, delivering an absolutely amazing experience! It definitely lives up to its 'deep sleep, great health' brand promise. The mattress in the room was just right – not too soft, not too hard – paired with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, I enjoyed an exceptionally peaceful night's sleep that completely eased my travel fatigue. The cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spacious and bright, with every corner spotless. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was abundant and consistently warm. The toiletries were also high quality, making for a very reassuring stay. The front desk service was warm and efficient; check-in and check-out were quick. They proactively introduced the hotel facilities and local transportation options, and any questions I had were answered promptly – showing thoughtfulness in every detail. Breakfast was an even bigger surprise! The variety was rich and fresh, with hot dishes, staple foods, fruits, and drinks all available. The freshly cooked noodles and freshly squeezed juices were absolutely delicious. Starting the day well-fed and satisfied was wonderful. The hotel's location is also very convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel, offering incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

This is a great hotel, quite historic. The rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning works very well. The breakfast is abundant, and the water pressure is strong with plenty of hot water. The service is excellent, and it's close to tourist attractions. I highly recommend it!

We stayed here for one night, mainly because of its great location near the cable car—and we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade upon arrival! The room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. A big plus was the free access to a washing machine and dryer, which was super convenient for us. The only reason I’m giving cleanliness a 4 instead of 5 is due to a strong cigarette smell in both the hotel and the room. We had requested a non-smoking room specifically, I understand it's hard for the hotel to completely prevent sneaky smokers. Overall though, we appreciated the kind gesture of the upgrade and really enjoyed the comfortable stay and convenient amenities.

The room was decent. The hotel is newly opened and quite clean, and breakfast was offered in the morning with an acceptable taste. When booking, they advertised a shuttle service to either the Forest Park East Gate or the Yellow Dragon Cave scenic area. However, upon inquiring at the front desk, we were told that the Yellow Dragon Cave service was drop-off only, with no pickup. What's more, as soon as we mentioned the shuttle, the front desk staff looked visibly displeased, making us feel unwelcome to use the service. If this is the case, they shouldn't be advertising it when customers are making reservations. The hotel is quite far from both the East Gate and the bus station, making it impossible to reach on foot; you'll definitely need a taxi. Prospective guests should check the location carefully before booking. There also aren't many dining options nearby.
