Came to Zhangjiajie, but a heavy fog obscured the views. However, this hotel and the Charming Xiangxi show provided 80% of the fun! The hotel environment is excellent, and the staff are incredibly dedicated. The lobby is very relaxing, with berry tea and roasted sweet potatoes; sitting around the charcoal fire, I almost fell asleep. The sofa, bed, and pillows in the room are all very comfortable, and it was lovely to enjoy a beer with the mountain view from the room. It's an 8-minute walk to both Charming Xiangxi and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They even specially arranged for the chef to come back and cook a steak for me in the evening. Highly recommended! This must be one of the top tourist hotels in Zhangjiajie.

The hotel staff was very helpful and kind! It is a new hotel with new amenities. The beds were comfortable and big. Thank you for the stay. They have an elevator and a accessible ramp to the elevator. But you need to climb 3-4 stairs to get to the lobby. The location is also very close to the Tian Men Shan gathering place. Would stay again in this hotel😄😊

I've stayed in many B&Bs, and it's rare for me to find one that's truly impeccable. This one, however, exceeded my expectations in every way. The B&B is just a few minutes' walk from the Wulingyuan National Park ticket gate. The decor and facilities are very new, and there's an elevator. The triple room is perfect for families, with spacious and clean accommodations. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply is plentiful. It was very quiet at night, ensuring a comfortable stay. The owners are a lovely couple; they provided warm service, helped us book discounted tickets, and patiently answered all our questions about our itinerary. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

This guesthouse in Zhangjiajie, where we stayed, has an absolutely unbeatable location! It's less than a three-minute walk to the entrance of the National Forest Park. No need to rush for buses or wake up early; you can sleep in, head out at your leisure, and enter the scenic area. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft! The underfloor heating was excellent and didn't dry out the air. The main highlight, though, was the incredibly thoughtful butler service. The butler created a group chat in advance to help us plan our itinerary, making our stay absolutely perfect! They even reminded us to add layers due to the large temperature difference between morning and evening, which was so considerate. The guesthouse's restaurant food was amazing, and the chef's culinary skills were a definite bonus! We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Zhangjiajie and have already recommended it to all our friends planning a trip there. A very satisfying stay.

We would give this 1000 stars if we could! The rooms were gorgeous and luxurious, the view was spectacular, and the staff were absolutely incredible. Tan Jin in particular went above and beyond anything one could expect from a hotel. She arranged transport from the train station to the hotel and back, she upgraded our room for free when she heard we were on our honeymoon, she constantly offered water and rice wine, she booked our trips to the Grand Canyon, the Zhang jia Jie dance show, the Zhang Jia Jie National Park, Tianmen mountain and more, AND THEN she would sit down with us and personally design a walking route through all these tourist attractions that was specific to our tastes. She helped us find secret back paths to help us avoid crowds and catch specific events that were only happening during the night. No language barrier or special request was too much for her. For example, she let us know we could drop off our luggage at the luggage holding service at the entrance to Tianmen mountain. The staff there wanted us to pick it up at 7:00, meaning we would miss the light show. When Tan Jin heard this, she said, ”No way. Let me call them right now, ” and five minutes later, we could pick them up at 8:30... and did I mention we were only staying with the hotel for 1 night? She was still assisting us for free TWO DAYS after we checked out. Whoever is in charge of the hotel PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE!! We will be recommending this hotel to absolutely everyone visiting China. It should be a tourist destination in and of itself.

Our family and I visited Wulingyuan, our first stop in Zhangjiajie. We chose this hotel because its proximity to the East Gate was a plus, and there were many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. It was pouring rain on our first day, so we borrowed an umbrella from the hostess and headed to Huanglong Cave. The next day, we took a taxi to the East Gate Line A, the landmark gate of Wulingyuan. We booked our tickets with the hostess in advance and got a discount. The 7:00 AM ticket was very smooth, with no lines. The third day, we took a taxi to the South Gate. We made our 8:00 AM appointment, and there was no line. We first went to Huangshizhai, then walked along Golden Whip Stream. The monkeys there are very aggressive, but we borrowed two sticks from the hostess, which were very useful. Just don't hit the monkeys, or you'll get attacked. The monkeys in Huangshizhai are very aggressive. We encountered a monkey grabbing a tourist's bag along the way, and I got scratched. Just walk normally with the sticks. Keep any visible food in your bag, and don't try to feed it, as the monkeys will grab it! Wulingyuan is beautiful, and Golden Whip Stream is even more beautiful. Walking the entire route is a truly unique experience! The hotel is located just outside the commercial street, so it's not noisy. The rooms are small, but they are clean and the service is excellent.

I stayed for two days. On the second day, the sanitary napkins and towels were not changed or tidied, the toilet was not cleaned (the paper garbage bag was replaced), and the bed was not made (no request was made, but it didn't matter). If you are traveling with multiple people/families, you can consider a B&B, which may be more cost-effective, brighter, and has a living room.

This is arguably the best value hotel near Qixing Mountain. The rooms were very comfortable, the facilities were new, the bedding was excellent, and I slept incredibly well. The hotel boasts a beautiful view, built along a stream with crystal-clear water—perfect for stream trekking in the summer. There are so many things to do nearby, and most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious! Every dish we ordered was perfect with rice! The giant salamander was even better than what you get in restaurants in the city (I ordered the braised version). The owner was indeed as beautiful and kind as rumored—very welcoming and attentive to her needs. When we couldn't get a taxi on the second day, she even gave us a ride. Overall, it was a fantastic hotel experience. I predict this place will become very popular, and I hope I can book a room here next year.

The housing supply was very tight during the National Day holiday. After squatting for a long time, I finally got a basic double bed. The boss was very kind and helped us upgrade to a triple room with a tea room in the room. If you don’t have an itinerary guide, you can also consult the boss. Although we made a guide before coming here, the boss helped us explain it again and felt that the daily itinerary became clearer. We saw in reviews that the bathroom smelled bad, but we didn't. We felt that the bathroom had been recently renovated and was very new and clean. Originally we booked a room for three days, but then our schedule changed and we only stayed one night. Because the cancellation time had passed, the front desk boss explained the objective reasons and expressed his understanding and helped us coordinate a full refund. Thank you very much. I will definitely recommend Zimu Villa to my friends, family and colleagues when I go back. Next time we come to Zhangjiajie, we will definitely stay here again. The accommodation is good, the boss is kind, and there are many restaurants nearby where you can eat. There are few people in the middle of the scenic spot, and the outing experience is also very good. good.
