A hotel worth revisiting: The location is excellent and quiet, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. In particular, the front desk service was incredibly professional, thoughtful, and enthusiastic, almost anticipating our every need (they thoughtfully helped us purchase tickets, proactively upgraded our room, and recommended reliable and delicious restaurants... 100 points!)

A very unique and memorable stay in Zhangjiajie! We stayed 2 nights in the Morning Glow King Suite Bedroom. The highlight of this homestay is its cave concept. The reception area is huge, impressive, and beautifully designed, creating a real wow factor upon arrival. The property also features a cave restaurant where breakfast is served, and dinner can be arranged with advance booking. There is also a cosy cave lounge for guests to relax. Our room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The facilities were well maintained and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Location is excellent. The homestay is hidden behind the famous theatre performance venue but only a short walk to the main street, making it convenient while remaining quiet. Highly recommended for travellers looking for a unique accommodation experience in Zhangjiajie. The cave setting alone makes it worth staying here.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, and the bedding was super comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I especially loved the design where you change into slippers – it really adds to the clean and tidy feel. The decor is very tasteful, and the cat is absolutely adorable! We got caught in heavy rain at Tianmen Mountain today, and a big thank you to the lady who helped us with our luggage when we got back – so thoughtful and kind! I'll definitely be back, and hopefully, I can stay for a few more days next time.

What you see is what you get. The room is new, very clean, well-equipped, and smartly designed, reminiscent of a Hanting or Home Inn style. The window overlooks a mountain, so when you pull back the curtains, you're greeted with lush greenery, and when you close them, you can enjoy a quiet sleep—perfect for those who have trouble sleeping. The hotel is located right near the Wulingyuan scenic area entrance. It's a five-minute walk to the entrance, making it very convenient for going up and down the mountain. The entire street outside the hotel is lined with all sorts of restaurants, offering plenty of food options. On the top floor, there are washing machines, dryers, and a drying area, making self-service laundry very convenient. Downstairs, they even provide umbrellas and walking sticks for guests to use freely, so you don't have to worry about your trip up the mountain. Due to high demand, I originally booked a room with one queen and one single bed for one night, and a room with two single beds for the second night. However, the owner kindly gave me the queen and single bed room for both nights without any extra charge, which I'm very grateful for. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay here again! It meets all my needs for food, clothing, accommodation, and transportation.

Calling it a guesthouse doesn't do it justice – its service, room size, facilities, decor, and cleanliness all surpass a four-star hotel. Yet, if you call it a four-star hotel, the entrance is small and the signage isn't very prominent; even though it's on the main road, you could easily miss it. The breakfast restaurant, while not large enough to feel four-star, offers a good variety and tasty options, especially the rice noodles with shredded pork. I'd say the breakfast is on par with a three-star Hanting Premium Hotel. What truly stands out is the front desk staff – their service is incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with any request. Don't just take my word for it, you really need to experience it for yourself! Staying at the Ting Tang Hotel is a choice you won't regret.

Push open the wooden window, and the lush, damp green of the mountains rushes in. The sound of the stream, sometimes near, sometimes far, is like someone gently plucking strings on a stone. After putting down my luggage, I walked barefoot across the cool floor, and even my breathing slowed down. I brewed a local tea, watching the steam unfurl in the twilight. A woodpecker's 'tap-tap' on a distant tree trunk, accompanied by the rustling of wind through the bamboo grove, became the most natural lullaby. The anxieties of the city, like raindrops accumulated on leaf tips, finally 'plinked' and fell into the soil. Connecting with nature, returning to the farmland. The service is very attentive, the facilities are great, backed by mountains and facing green waters.

The location of this guesthouse is truly hard to beat—right next to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, making getting around super convenient. Unlike many properties tucked deep in the mountains, this place offers the best of both worlds: you get to enjoy the tranquility of nature without being cut off from transport. The ambiance here is so therapeutic. You don't even need to step outside; just sitting in the courtyard or your room gives you panoramic views of the mountains in the distance. The overall design is very tasteful, and you can really tell the owner puts genuine heart into running it. They provide a full pick-up and drop-off service, so whether you're heading to the scenic area or the station, you don't have to worry about hailing a cab, which saves so much hassle. Staying here, you can truly unwind after a day of hiking and fully immerse yourself in the stunning landscape of Zhangjiajie. Highly recommended!

A magnificent hotel located right next to one of the entrances to the national park. Everything at the hotel is top-notch—a solid 10 out of 10. We would also like to give special recognition to the staff member Ivy who assisted us throughout our trip and helped resolve an issue with park access.

Highly recommend, 10/10! Out of the six hotels we stayed at in Zhangjiajie (my kids love experiencing different hotel atmospheres), this one was unanimously our favorite. First, let's talk about the service – full stars plus an extra one! The guesthouse owner proactively contacted me two days in advance to remind me to book tickets. I had completely forgotten to book tickets for the Forest Park due to my own oversight, so I'm very grateful the owner reminded me in time and even helped with booking and planning our itinerary. It was incredibly hassle-free, a huge help for lazy travelers like me! 👍🏻 They also offer a shuttle service (choose one of two options). Location: It's a 10-minute walk from the main entrance (Wulingyuan Sign Gate) of the National Forest Park. Downstairs is a commercial street, and I recommend the restaurant downstairs – I think it's a top-rated one on Dianping, and the food was delicious. Across the street is the Charm Xiangxi Grand Theatre, and the owner can get you discounted tickets. Environment and Hygiene: The overall environment has a Southern Chinese ink painting style. The guesthouse courtyard is quite spacious, with excellent views and beautiful night scenery. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kids had a great time, even complaining that I only booked one night. Finally, I have to praise the service again. They truly think of the guests throughout the entire stay. For families traveling with kids, I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The experience of this accommodation is really great, completely exceeding our expectations! The perfect accommodation choice is a great choice whether it is a family trip, a couple holiday or a gathering of friends. The environment of the homestay is warm and comfortable, with complete facilities, making people feel at home. The warm and hospitable host and boss and the warm service of the proprietress are impressive! They are not only thoughtful and meticulous, but also treat every guest like a family. Especially the proprietress, personally drove us to the back garden to catch chicken early in the morning, this unique experience made us feel the real fun of rural life. The restaurant that comes with the Food Paradise B&B is simply a paradise for food lovers! Every dish is very delicious. We have eaten two stewed chickens in the past two days, and each mouthful is endless. There is no thunder-stepping dish at all, and every dish is full of praise. The most special thing about the fresh ingredients experience is that you can personally participate in the acquisition process of ingredients. The fresh chicken caught in the back garden in the morning is delicious and delicious, so we can't help but take away Mitsubishi! The only regret we stayed for one night and now in retrospect we really regret not having arranged a few more days. Every moment here is worth savoring and enjoying. We will definitely bring our family back in the summer, but I heard that the summer is very hot here, so we must make an appointment in advance!
