Shan Lu Hotel

Safety hazard, be careful! Everything was fine until I tried to call the hotel for a band-aid and no one picked up. So I sent videos and pictures through the app. The hotel then called me back asking, 'What do you mean by this now?' I was speechless... Plus, the soundproofing is terrible; I could hear the phone vibrating in the next room.

The room was great, and the hotel photos pretty much say it all. The service, however, was truly excellent. The ladies at the front desk, the shuttle driver, and the bellhops were all incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They helped with my luggage, and even offered to carry my snowboard and bags when I was wearing my ski boots – much appreciated! The breakfast and on-site restaurants were also delicious. I was starving after skiing, so I tried Da Chi and Ban Shan Yao, and even made a special trip to McDonald's before leaving. I was so focused on practicing my skiing that I didn't take many photos. Next time, I'll book a room with a bathtub; the snow view wasn't that interesting.

Excellent hotel with convenient ski-in/ski-out access. Stayed for two nights with my daughter, and we're definitely coming back next snow season! 👍

Everything was great, I really liked it, and I'll definitely stay here again if I come back. The hygiene and service were exceptionally good, especially Auntie Qian, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. In short, I really loved it!

This was my fourth ski season staying at Summit Hotel, and it's definitely the best hotel in Genting and Wanlong. The rooms are fully equipped, the service is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Even during Chinese New Year, the price increase was minimal, making it the best value for money in Chongli. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and proactively offered to help with luggage. The Jinghuan Family Suite is an amazing value; not only is the room spacious, offering 270° mountain and snow views, but the tatami mat by the window was also incredibly convenient and a big hit with the kids. The hotel breakfast was rich and delicious, and the Hunan cuisine on the ground floor and the Yunnan cuisine on the ninth floor were both very authentic, with a top-notch dining environment. The hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access, which is super convenient. With the Yunlong Pass, you can ski to Wanlong and back, making for a fantastic experience. Fennie, the Assistant Manager in the hotel lobby, was beautiful, kind, warm, and attentive. She proactively upgraded our room and checked in with us every day afterward to ensure we were comfortable and if we needed any further assistance. Her thoughtfulness made us feel incredibly warm, and we'll definitely choose Summit Hotel again because of her. Having stayed at Courtyard, InterContinental, Fulong, Wanlong Longgong, and Crowne Plaza Cuishanshan during previous ski trips to Chongli, considering overall hotel facilities, service, cleanliness, and ski resort convenience, Summit Hotel is undoubtedly the best choice.

The Foothills Hotel offered an amazing experience! Ski-in/ski-out access was incredibly convenient, and our room had direct, stunning views of the ski slopes. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. They have everything you could want for recreation and entertainment, including a cinema, billiards, bathhouse, a small convenience store, KTV, and a bar. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby like McDonald's, Starbucks, and a cigar bar, so you're covered for food and fun. What really stood out was the staff's warm and attentive service; their thoughtful attitude made the overall value for money and comfort top-notch. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay!
