EVEN Hotel CHONGLI by IHG

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was thoroughly clean and the facilities were in great condition. The front desk staff, Fairy and Eileen, were professional and polite. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and they patiently explained the breakfast times, WiFi, and other details. The public areas were comfortable, and service requests were handled promptly. Overall, I am very satisfied and will choose to stay here again next time.

Got a complimentary upgrade to an InterContinental! The hotel is high-end and grand, with a very spacious room featuring a small balcony and a bathtub, making it extremely relaxing and cozy. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept really well. Although there was no buffet breakfast during the off-season, we could order room service with both Chinese and Western options available. It was super lavish and made for a fantastic experience.

We got a room upgrade to the InterContinental. The service was very warm and the breakfast had a great variety. The hotel is located just outside the town, so it's very quiet and only a 5-minute drive away. Overall, the hotel stay was great, and the ski facilities were very comprehensive. The sunken lobby made it very convenient to get to the parking lot. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. The view from the room window was beautiful, making for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is quite new, but I'd like to share a few suggestions: 1. The bathroom sink is very inconvenient for kids under 1.2 meters. There are no step stools, and the sink counter is deep with the faucet set quite far back, making it a real struggle for kids to wash their faces and brush their teeth. Step stools are inexpensive, so having some on hand would be great—especially since most guests here are traveling with children. 2. The complimentary bottled water is ridiculously hard to open. Every time, I had to use a napkin and grit my teeth with all my might just to twist the cap off. Could you please switch to a different brand? It was such a hassle.

This was my first stay at the HUALUXE Chongli, an IHG hotel, during the October holiday. Booking through Ctrip was convenient. The hotel environment was clean, facilities were complete, and the underground parking was great for those driving. Check-in was efficient, and the staff member, Eileen, was very friendly and proactive in arranging breakfast. The breakfast itself offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, the experience was comfortable and hassle-free, with the attention to service details being a major plus. I recommend it to travelers who value quality and good service.

My stay at the Even Hotels Chongli was a great experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. The gym and swimming pool were also very convenient to use. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very easy to get to towns like Thaiwoo and Fulong. Eileen checked me in, and the communication was smooth. Overall, the service experience was top-notch. It's definitely a worthwhile choice when visiting Chongli.

Overall, a good experience, though the scenery at Thaiwoo this season was a bit disappointing. The bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness was generally good; I'm prone to skin allergies but had no issues. Plus, the breakfast was much better than the InterContinental next door! Every dish was warm, which was a fantastic experience! In contrast, the breakfast and buffet at the InterContinental were quite mediocre, which was a surprise.
