Miyuan Prince Hotel (Chongli Genting Ski Resort)

The front desk manager, Li Zhiying, was absolutely fantastic! She showed us so many rooms, and we finally picked one that was close to the elevator but still quiet. There's also an affordable supermarket, though the selection is a bit limited.

This hotel is really popular, and I was a bit worried because of the low ratings. But it completely exceeded my expectations! The low ratings are likely because it's a new hotel. The service was absolutely amazing. Sandy was so professional, she gave us fantastic recommendations for Instagram-worthy spots nearby and even explained how to get there. She was incredibly thoughtful; I didn't even need my own research! It was wonderful. The surrounding area and air quality are also great, making it perfect for a trip with family or seniors.

I was very satisfied with my choice of this hotel, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to Lu Hongwei at the front desk. Upon arrival, he quickly assisted with check-in, communicated warmly and politely, and proactively provided information about the facilities and breakfast. He was also very helpful in resolving any questions I had, truly professional and friendly. The room was clean and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. Thanks to the staff's heartwarming service, my entire travel experience was significantly enhanced. Highly recommend!

This hotel is quite bad, I've never stayed in a worse one. The front desk staff completely ignored me. They only provided a small blanket for a double bed, and wanted over a hundred yuan just to get an extra one. Ultimately, Ctrip resolved the issue, so kudos to Ctrip. The room was tiny and incredibly noisy. Many tour groups would start making noise in the hallway around 6 AM, it sounded like they were talking right inside my room. Even my neighbors turning off their lights in the middle of the night felt like they were pressing a button right above my head, it was agonizing. The only decent thing was the hiking path outside the hotel, but even that often had cars.

The service and location were excellent, but the room itself was terrible. The hotel has a very large ground-level parking lot, which was convenient. However, they host many tour groups, so it felt incredibly crowded. The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor; you could clearly hear the tour groups outside chatting enthusiastically. The shower stall in the bathroom was also tiny, barely big enough to turn around in.

The front desk staff, Ms. Li Ting, was very enthusiastic and helpful. She thoroughly explained breakfast times and check-out procedures during check-in. Her service attitude was excellent.

We stayed here because my child was competing, otherwise, I wouldn't have known about this place with such a nice environment. The hotel was okay, but overall, the price was high, so the value for money wasn't great. The food downstairs at the hotel was expensive and not very good. However, the air in the surrounding area was excellent and very refreshing.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station, and the service from Si Xueting the day before yesterday was excellent.
