Hyatt Place Chongli

This hotel, part of the Hyatt chain, is centrally located in the town. I stayed in a mountain view suite this time, and the view was fantastic and beautiful. The breakfast had everything you'd expect, and the hotel's Jiawei restaurant was also good, very convenient, and served delicious home-style dishes. During this season, there's a significant temperature difference between morning and night in Chongli. Since I was traveling with elderly people, I was concerned about it getting cold at night, so I asked the hotel to send an electric heater, which was very satisfactory.

Our vacation stay was excellent. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing was good. The service was gentle and thoughtful. The surrounding environment is beautiful with complete amenities. Our whole family had a comfortable stay, making it a very pleasant experience.

The Hyatt Place Chongli is located in the center of Thaiwoo Ski Town, close to the free shuttle stop for the train station and the No. 4 gondola. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; when I called to request an electric heater, it was delivered to my room right away. The breakfast selection was also extensive.

Traveling at this time, there aren't many people, it's very peaceful, perfect for escaping the city and finding some quiet. The hotel's bedding is great, very comfortable. The young man at the front desk provided excellent service and even gave us a free room upgrade. The wontons at breakfast were delicious!

Excellent! Great location, and the restaurant downstairs has good food too. It was probably very quiet because it was off-season, which made for an excellent experience.

Great hotel location, right in the town center with convenient underground parking, and right next to lift number 4. The front desk staff were very friendly and the room was clean. You can also enjoy views of the town from the restaurant.

The room was clean, but the mattress could be a bit softer. The surrounding area has all the amenities you need, and the service was warm and welcoming. Plus, there's a free shuttle from the station.

The hotel room was clean, and its location within Thaiwoo Ski Town was excellent. The price was also quite good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. The only drawback was that the room was very hot in the summer; it was cold outside but hot inside, and the AC wasn't cooling. Opening the window was an issue because it was noisy at night, and I have severe allergies. Also, the breakfast wasn't great; the fried dough sticks and bread were rock hard, like baguettes. The variety was average for a 4-star hotel. The connecting rooms that Hyatt has an agreement for with Trip.com are quite unique and perfect for a family of three adults and one child, or four adults and one child. It's very suitable for families with kids. My grandpa's room had a problem with the bathroom ventilation system; he could always smell smoke, probably from someone smoking in a room upstairs or downstairs. I'm sure the hotel can improve this. I'd give it a 4-star rating.
