The best thing about this ski-in/ski-out hotel is its convenience, plus there's a hot spring which is great for unwinding. However, the rooms are very basic and tiny; you can barely turn around in the bathroom, and there isn't even a mini-fridge! 😤 The only real advantage is the discount on ski rental for hotel guests, and the shuttle bus is excellent 👍, very convenient for getting to the ski rental hall on cold days.
**Cleanliness:** It was cleaned, but not very well. There were still hairs on the bed, and it felt like an old guesthouse. I asked for water, and it was delivered quickly, so that was responsive.
**Environment:** There's not much in terms of environment, other than being right next to the ski slope for ski-out access, with the entrance/exit conveniently located at the end of the magic carpet area.
