The resolution to the dryer incident, where my clothes were removed and replaced with socks, was completely unacceptable. The manager claimed the surveillance footage didn't clearly show the face of the person entering the laundry room (so, did the person who put the socks in deliberately walk in backward?). He then added that the guest had already checked out. (If they couldn't even identify the person's face, how could they possibly know if that person had checked out?) It's appalling for a 3-star hotel manager to offer such an explanation for a security footage issue. There was absolutely no genuine reflection on their part, nor any indication of proper management. I seriously question how many good reviews they've actually paid for online. 👁️ Furthermore, the attached photo shows bloodstains found on the bed *after* the room had supposedly just been cleaned.

This was my second stay at this Holiday Inn Express. It's conveniently located, less than a 10-minute drive from the Old Train Night Market. There's a supermarket right downstairs, and ample parking is available. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, were all excellent – very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
