Excellent! It was clean, tidy, and the service was great. I asked for an extra duvet and the attendant brought it to my room very quickly.

The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. Plus, there were very few people around this time of year, which was a bonus.

I was extremely disappointed with this apartment and definitely wouldn't recommend it. 1. The hotel's customer service number is unreachable, completely useless. This hotel is officially operated, just like the Genting Grand Hotel, not a private guesthouse. So, honestly, the service is even worse than what you'd get from a private owner in an apartment, and of course, it's more expensive than private guesthouses. 2. Early check-in at 12:00 PM is impossible; you'll wait until around 1 PM. Of course, the official check-in time is 2:00 PM, so there's not much to complain about there. I just want to warn everyone not to expect early check-in or a minute's delay for check-out. Check-out is strictly 12:00 PM, and you'll be charged for even one minute over. Also, you have to pay a deposit here, which is quite rare for hotels of this caliber in China nowadays. There are no disposable slippers. After checking in, the room had a strange, foul-smelling rag odor that lingered all day. Be aware that there's no air conditioning here, so if you're sensitive to heat, definitely avoid this place. The hot water for showering lasts a maximum of 15 minutes, and then you have to wait 40 minutes for it to heat up again. 3. The hygiene is terrible; I won't say more, just look at the pictures. After entering, you'll have to clean it yourself, wiping down the tables, chairs, and floors. 4. There's absolutely no service. I added the very young front desk staff on WeChat, and for every question, the answer was 'no.' Their replies were also very slow, and they wouldn't provide any information or support. So, if you come here, make sure to bring all your daily necessities and do your own research. 5. There are basically no affordable convenience stores around. There's a Lawson, where data cables cost 50-80 yuan, and drinks are 50% more expensive than outside. For food, you have to go to Taizi Canteen; not many restaurants are open near the apartment during the summer.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. It had two open-air balconies, like small courtyards, so you couldn't see the outside scenery, but the ventilation was excellent. Free parking and good Wi-Fi signal were also a plus. The pictures were taken just before I left.

I had to switch rooms and go to the front desk again. I stayed for several days, and they didn't tell me my room key stopped working. The phone is always unreachable. You get what you pay for; the service is really poor. The shuttle bus stop is also quite a walk down the road. It's just 'okay.' This apartment isn't good for tour groups; the elderly guests are rude, getting up at 5 or 6 in the morning, leaving their doors open, walking around, and talking loudly, which is why I had to change rooms.

The apartment was clean and tidy, and check-in was quite convenient. They also offer a scheduled shuttle service, which was a pleasant surprise. There's a sofa bed, and while the two single beds are only 1 meter wide, they can be pushed together, making it suitable for families with children. The apartment has an induction cooktop, but no kitchenware – you'll need to rent that from the hotel. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, offering a wide variety. It's only 2 km from Genting Ski Centre and very close to the high-speed rail station, with shuttle service available or you can drive yourself. Overall, it's an apartment with excellent value for money.

If you're here for the Spartan race, the location is incredibly convenient, and there's a shuttle bus from Putrajaya. The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable (single bed), but the proximity makes up for it; it's just so convenient!

The rooms are clean and tidy. We've stayed in Building 3 every year we've visited Chongli for the past three years. Parking downstairs is convenient, and the service is wonderful and thoughtful! Highly recommend.

Service was excellent! Front desk assistant Xue Mingxia helped us extend our check-out time until 2 PM. That was incredibly thoughtful, especially during the hot summer. It was great to stay at such a value-for-money hotel in Chongli for a summer escape.
