Zhangzhou Yuanshan Fliport Hotel

The hotel management is quite good. Even though there was construction noise nearby, the hotel provided earplugs. It was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. Our butler, Rebecca, provided excellent service; she called us in advance and was very attentive and thoughtful.

The room offers a nice view and is quite spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, though. Its biggest plus is definitely its large size. You can also enjoy the hot springs, with a variety of functional pools to choose from.

The room was incredibly spacious, easily the biggest and most economical hotel room I've ever stayed in. The balcony was lovely and peaceful, and the facilities were complete. The security guard even helped with my luggage. A concierge arranged the booking, and the service was absolutely top-notch.

Our stay was fantastic, and the kids had an absolute blast – truly an unexpected highlight of our Zhangzhou trip! A big thank you to Xiao Lin from housekeeping for her thoughtful assistance; she helped us with a late check-out, understanding we had limited time with the little ones. The security team even cleaned our car windows, which really shows their attention to detail. Excellent service all around!

Booked this for my family, and they said it was good. They got a boutique king room, and the curved, floor-to-ceiling windows offered great views. The hotel is located on the south bank of Zhangzhou Ancient City, within walking distance. The scenery is beautiful.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it convenient to get anywhere. It boasts a large parking lot and the hotel itself is quite spacious, as are the rooms. The service is great, and all the staff members are very polite.

We brought our child to Zhangzhou for a short holiday. Xiao Zhuang was incredibly thoughtful, keeping track of our itinerary from the moment she knew we were coming. When we checked in, Xiao Wei at the front desk saw we had a child and immediately gave our little one a small gift from Trip.com, which made our child very happy! Aunt Zhang Julan, who cleaned our room, noticed our child wanted to sleep on the sofa and very proactively helped us make up the bed. I'm so grateful to all the staff we met this trip; they made our journey so comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was great, and the service was excellent. Frank Zeng at the front desk provided fantastic service, proactively upgrading our room type, and the housekeeping was also top-notch. If I had to nitpick, it would be the swimming pool on the 4th floor. The facilities aren't well-maintained; besides being able to swim, everything else needs improvement.
