This location is a bit far from Zhangzhou Old Town, so it's not as crowded. However, the surrounding environment is clean and refreshing, offering good value for money. There's a lively waterside park nearby, and a bit further afield is the Tone commercial district, which has everything you need: restaurants, a cinema, a supermarket, and retail stores. It's quite convenient.

The hotel service and staffs are not aware of anything,the team doesn’t have coordination among them, the gym closes in the day time and only opens in the evening,the breakfast with very less varieties,Hygiene standards are not followed by the chefs the directly touch the food with their bare hands, The room bead sheet is damaged no one checks, the overall experience was terrible.security in the night enjoys playing phone instead of greeting guests.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the road and easy to find. The front desk staff were very friendly and proactively informed us about the hotel facilities. The room itself was also very spacious and great.

The hot water temperature was too low at night. I wanted to take a bath, but the water was so cold I couldn't get in, so I gave up and took a lukewarm shower instead. If I didn't have a strong constitution, I would've caught a cold instantly. I was hoping to relax a bit over New Year's, but it turned out to be... quite disappointing.

I've stayed at Wyndham hotels all over the country, and this stay really changed my perception of the brand. I thought that even though it's an older hotel, as a long-standing five-star, it couldn't be that bad. However, not only are the facilities old and run-down, but the service also falls short. It's a five-star hotel with two-star service. Food delivery isn't brought to the room; each time, the delivery driver says a robot will bring it from the lobby to the room. But if you don't ask, they simply won't deliver it – your food could sit there until the next day and they wouldn't care. The room's cleanliness was a complete mess. The front desk staff also lacked any sense of service; they didn't even mention where breakfast was served during check-in; you had to ask yourself. This stay has truly left me speechless.

I wanted to visit Zhangzhou during the May Day holiday, but had to give up because I couldn't get high-speed rail tickets. A friend who had visited before stayed at this hotel and said it was good for families with children, so I booked the hotel first and then tried to get tickets later. The hotel isn't far from the high-speed rail station, about an 11-minute taxi ride. Behind the hotel is a food street with a restaurant called Wenzai Sheng Tang (a type of hot pot), where we ate breakfast almost every day. There's also a pedestrian street nearby, which had events during the National Day holiday, making it convenient for eating and shopping. However, this area seems to be a new district, looking quite similar to Shenzhen. Only in the old town of Zhangzhou do you really feel the local culture. Also, I want to mention that the hotel's shower rooms leaked quite badly; the last picture shows that.

The receptionist was very welcoming and quick with check-in. She patiently answered all my questions about nearby transportation and restaurants – super thoughtful! The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is located near the administrative service center, and the overall service was excellent, completely exceeding my expectations. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is located at a crossroads, making it convenient to go anywhere. I loved the unique decor of the room. There's also my favorite fast-food chain, KFC, nearby. We had dinner at a music restaurant in a Minnan water town; the ambiance was lovely.

The service is attentive to detail; the front desk staff are patient and helpful, and the housekeeping staff replenishes amenities promptly. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the Minnan water town. Excellent value for money, a worry-free stay.
