老闆衹等我們晚上11點多才來，他人好熱情，帶我們入房，房間全新，舒適乾淨，適合乘車人士中轉換乘過夜的需要，離火車站很近，很方便。

離漳州動車站非常近，老闆也有過來接，價格便宜，但是房間細節處都打掃都很乾凈，住了廈門，重慶，深圳等地那麼多民宿，這最乾淨，給老闆點贊。

房間乾淨，只是我們幾位訂的有露台房有甚麼夕張房、除了雙床房是明確給了雙床房的，其他帶的人就通通讓我們隨便挑，我都不知是甚麼房，算了反正只差10幾塊，差不多。房間很新也挺乾淨的，這個不錯。這公寓像民居一樣，開始時不好找要打電話去約管理人下來帶我們去哪一棟樓。附近沒甚麼食，價格是很便宜。

挑選了很久才找到的民宿，房間和圖片上的一樣，比以前住過的絕大部分民宿都要乾淨很多，入住體驗很好

非常乾淨衞生，離漳州站非常近，開車過去十幾分就到了，小區邊上還有加油站，租車還車時候順道就把油加了。樓下就有飯店，味道不錯！入住和退房很方便！值得推薦！
