房間乾淨，設施齊全，出酒店左手邊有海鮮市場，買後可以在附近飯店加工。服務枱旁邊的牆上備有本市旅遊的貼心提示紙條，周邊吃飯遊玩都很方便，客服人員服務周到熱情。
最喜歡的是床，超級舒服，緩解疲勞。

海南出島預訂的房間，預計半夜到酒店，結果出島時間堵車排隊上船又又趕上大霧停航，上午11點左右到的酒店，直接又續住一晚，前台小哥哥很給力我們一家4口包含2份早餐，贈送了一份早餐，性價比很高的酒店，但是不可以要求環境對標五星酒店，各有各的特點

開始説停地下停車場免費，結果第二天出去時説要交20元停車費，我説是住店客人，又説要我去前台開證明才行，結果浪費了我20多分鐘時間。另外，地下停車場破破爛爛還沒裝修，還滴石灰水到我車上了
