Crowne Plaza ZHENGZHOU HIGH TECH ZONE by IHG

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment is upscale and grand, with public areas that are clean, tidy, and stylish. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing excellent – I slept soundly all night. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the cleanliness details were impeccably handled. The front desk service was warm and professional; both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The staff were kind and polite, responding promptly to all requests. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, perfectly matching the quality of a five-star hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

The young lady at the front desk that evening was incredibly thoughtful and arranged a high-floor, non-smoking room for me. A small incident occurred where I accidentally broke a nail, and a kind young man brought up a lot of disinfectants and band-aids. Although I don't know their names, they deserve a big thumbs up! Also, Anna called for a follow-up, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options.

My husband loves the hot and sour soup for breakfast so much that whenever we drive through Zhengzhou, he insists on staying here. The accommodations are impeccable, and the Chinese food is even better – it really suits our family's taste. Upon check-in, we received welcome fruit and drink vouchers. The hotel pool was also very clean, and the kids had a blast. We'll definitely stay here again next time, and we'll be sure to try dinner if we get the chance!

Upon check-in, I received a complimentary drink, fruit, and chocolates, and the housekeeping staff proactively asked if I needed anything.

This hotel is located in the high-tech zone, surrounded by a full range of amenities. The room was clean and tidy. I didn't get a chance to take photos because I was there for a business trip. The breakfast offered a great variety of local specialties, and there were also many Western options. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure and quick drainage. The room itself was quite spacious. Next time I visit Zhengzhou, the Crowne Plaza will definitely be my first choice!
