MoShe Hotel（Zhengzhou CBD QianXi Plaza store）

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The high floors with large floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light during the day and a great city view at night. The front desk also offers complimentary fruits and snacks, showing great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I checked in at around 11am on the night of my stay. I was very tired and planned to take a shower and go to bed around 12am. I didn't expect that I would get wet after the shower. I thought I could have a good sleep. Although I upgraded the room later, I didn't feel sleepy anymore and didn't get a good rest. I didn't fall asleep until 3am in the middle of the night. The drinks mentioned when booking the room were not provided.

Honestly, the overall experience was pretty awful, and the price wasn't cheap. The main issue was that the shower water overflowed from the bathroom, which was the case in both my friend's and my room. The towels were also quite worn. The hotel is next to a school, and at 6 a.m., morning exercises started downstairs, with the teacher shouting into a microphone. The curtains also let in light, and the soundproofing was very poor. The only thing about the view was that it was okay. I didn't take any pictures of the bathroom, just the curtains.

The environment is very good and the facilities are very complete. The scenery outside the window is very beautiful at night, especially the floor-to-ceiling windows. The service is also very good. There are welcome fruits when you check in. The equipment is also complete.

The room was very spacious with a beautiful night view. The room was also very clean. The hotel's design was very creative. I would definitely come again.
