Xinghai Homestay (Zhengzhou Erqi Square Subway Station) Reviews

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a fantastic view from the 17th floor. The location is super convenient, really close to Erqi Square and also very near to both Line 1 and Line 3 subway exits. The young lady boss was incredibly thoughtful; when she found out I was going to the Provincial Museum, she gave me detailed directions and even advised me on how long it would take. So considerate! I'll definitely be back, very satisfied.

Close to Erqi Plaza, the owner was really friendly, and it offers great value for money.

Environment: The environment is good, and transportation in the surrounding area is very convenient. Service: The service attitude is excellent. It's very close to Erqi Square, and the room offers a fantastic view. Definitely worth staying there!!!!

The lady at the front desk was super nice and incredibly gentle. I left my luggage with her after checking out on the second day.

The air conditioning outlet was locked, and you had to pay to use it. The room didn't match the pictures, and the environment was very poor. The whole building was messy and spooky. The windows couldn't open, so it was stuffy. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and the disposable toiletries were of very low quality. I do not recommend staying here.

For that price the hotel is quite good. I will tell you about pros and cons of this hotel. Pros: - amazing location in the center of the Zhengzhou, 15-20 minutes away from Zhengzhou railway station, 5 minutes away from subway station, lots of cafes and shops are located nearby. - scenic view from the room and big bed for decent price. Cons: - There was no hot water due to broken boiler, air-conditioner costs 15 more yuan to use. - Additionally, there was no hand soap, but i was provided with shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and 2 towels. In general quality to price ratio is good, do not expect anything extraordinary from this hotel for that price.

The room was really bad, especially the bathroom. The faucet was broken. I just toughed it out for one night. The hallway was also messy. I'd warn everyone to avoid this place!

Everything else was so-so. As for cleanliness: the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the door didn't close properly, which was really off-putting.

Great location, right next to Erqi Square. The room was clean and tidy, and the price was really affordable.

The room was decent, with a window. However, the soundproofing was terrible. The owner was very nice, and the service was pretty good. The price was also a bit cheaper. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the location was a bit hard to find on the first visit.
