Four Points by Sheraton Zhengzhou East Railway Station

The lobby lighting is a bit dim, and the air conditioning wasn't powerful enough at night for sleeping, so it felt a bit warm. The little snacks provided by the front desk were a thoughtful touch 💗. It's very close to the Mixue headquarters by taxi.

This hotel is an absolute gem for families traveling with kids! Our stay this time was truly impeccable. The room was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied; even our usually picky eater enjoyed it thoroughly! The hotel also offers complimentary laundry service, which is a lifesaver for families with children, saving us so much hassle. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all incredibly gentle and thoughtful. We definitely have to give them a big thumbs up, and we'll certainly be back next time!

This was my first time visiting Zhengzhou, and I decided to book this Sheraton near the high-speed train station because I generally find their bedding to be quite comfortable. It was a good choice. Even though my room was on a corner, it was still very comfortable to stay in. Definitely worth it! The photos were just snapped casually, by the way!

The location is super close to the East Station, making it easy to catch trains. The breakfast is surprisingly good, offering everything from savory Hu La Tang to Parma ham. The laundry service is proactive and thoughtful, perfect for long business trips. The facilities are new, soundproofing is excellent, and the service is warm. A few rooms might be a bit dry or have a new renovation smell, so sensitive guests should be aware. Overall, the experience is exceptional for a hotel in its category.

Our stay was excellent! The hotel is very new and the service was great. It's super close to the East Station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Next to the hotel, Yuya Garden serves up delicious Henan cuisine – I tried the Yellow River Carp, which was fresh and flavorful without being overly rich. If you turn left out of the hotel and walk about 600 meters, you'll find Fang Zhongshan Hulatang. A bowl of that hot and spicy soup with a few beef pan-fried buns in the morning is just perfect, especially with the slightly cool weather in Zhengzhou. It was a wonderfully authentic and warming meal.

I chose this new hotel in Zhengzhou for my vacation with my kids. Stepping into the lobby, the holiday atmosphere was immediately palpable, and the hotel's design is very high-end.
