Very satisfied! I brought my child here for a competition, and the hotel provided a kids' towel, toothbrush, cup, and even a doll, which made my child incredibly happy 🥳. Even late at night, my child wanted to ride the sightseeing buggy, and the staff member enthusiastically took them for a spin.

The hotel has a long history and is surrounded by lush greenery, making it feel like a beautiful garden. The front desk staff and reservation department were all very enthusiastic and tried their best to accommodate our requests. Du Xifeng, the lobby staff member in Building 7, knew we had an early checkout to catch our high-speed train and arranged our luggage transport perfectly, showing great initiative. The housekeeping supervisor and cleaning aunties were also very professional and responsible. It was a pleasant stay. We appreciate the hard work of the staff.

The hotel's natural environment is excellent, and the service is incredibly attentive. They provided fresh fruit in the room every day, and even gave us a small gift. They also thoughtfully included a foot bath and hot water. A big thank you to Liu Weili, Lou Xiangli, and Du Xiaojun for their meticulous and thoughtful service that made us feel right at home!

The hotel, which was once used as a reception for national leaders, is indeed worthy of its reputation. The environment is superb, the air is first-class, and the service is first-class. The tall and neatly arranged plane trees and the wide lawn make the hotel's landscape environment unmatched!

Because of the reception task, the environment of this hotel is very good, with large lawns and green avenues, and Building 7 is very quiet. Although there was a wedding, the room I was given was very quiet. However, I strongly do not recommend booking this parent-child room. The room is very small, about 30 square meters. More importantly, the child's bed is a very small folding bed, which is not good for children to rest. It is probably only suitable for children under 6 years old. This is hard to find in parent-child rooms of 700-800 yuan.

The hotel is very good, adding surprises to the trip to Henan. The service is warm and considerate, and the hotel environment is quiet. I think this is a rare service in the hotels I have stayed in. I strongly recommend it to friends who come to Zhengzhou. You will definitely be satisfied.
