The young ladies at the front desk were so warm and attentive during check-in. They even brought us several bottles of water while we were meeting guests in the lobby. The next day, our check-out was at 2 PM, but our gathering ran until 2:30 PM. The front desk staff didn't say a word when we checked out, and even helped us get a new room card to go back and retrieve our belongings. We're very grateful for their excellent service.

The room was incredibly clean and tidy, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was also excellent and plentiful, with options like spicy soup with pepper (Hulatang) and tofu pudding. I'd definitely come back again.

The hotel's facilities are a bit old. The TV doesn't support screen mirroring, and the room lighting isn't great. The restaurant on the third floor gets crowded, but the food is decent. However, the elevator is incredibly slow, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Everything great . I wish the basic breakfast for non Chinese is available: wheat bread and bacon. Although as an asian, i like the sauteed veges so still great.
