It is a good hotel, but the access is slightly complicated. There are too many cars parked outside the main entrance. The check-in was fast, and people in the lobby spoke English. The hotel is in good shape; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the aisle and room (like humidity). During the night shift, the personnel do not speak English but make an effort to communicate in one way or another. The room had a great view to the city and it is a quiet room too.

Courtyard by Marriott offers a comfortable stay with modern facilities and a convenient location. However, cleanliness fell short of true four-star standards. Check-in was initially disappointing, as the lady at the desk showed no smile or warmth. Thankfully, the next day two male staff were polite, helpful, and improved the overall experience.

Fantastic hotel with location near to a mall as well as metro station, Railway station. Very friendly staff and really admire the Restaurant lady who take great care to find honey and provided. I was also impressed by the housekeeper who left an handwritten note saying she folded my clothes and kept 2 extra bottles of water. That was very nice to see simple gesture yet rare.
