Housekeeping meticulously cleans every day and even tidies up misplaced items. The pool and gym facilities are clean and well-maintained, and staff proactively offer towels and water. This kind of thoughtful, subtle care is exactly what a five-star hotel should provide!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a bustling commercial street right downstairs. It's also within walking distance of the bar street and very close to the Provincial Museum. Our room was spacious and offered fantastic views, and the lounge on the 48th floor, in particular, provided breathtaking nightscapes. We were delighted by the hotel's thoughtful gesture of a complimentary room upgrade and a lovely farewell gift. And the breakfast Hu La Tang was absolutely delicious – a must-try!

The room was decent. Soundproofing was generally good, though you could hear conversations in the corridor. The duvet cover constantly slipped off the duvet. The old-fashioned TV only offered a few channels. Overall, the room's decor felt a bit dated. Getting to/from the elevator wasn't very straightforward, but on the positive side, it likely helped prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing the floors. It's also very close to Zheng Hong City.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Bar Street and the zoo. The room had a very clever layout, offering the spaciousness of a studio apartment while maintaining the distinct areas of a small suite. The Executive Lounge provided afternoon tea and snacks, along with simple buffet meals for breakfast and dinner, and the cocktails prepared by the staff were notably unique. The buffet breakfast was abundant and featured local specialties, which led us to extend our stay for an additional night.

The experience was excellent. I stayed on the 45th floor and primarily dined at the executive lounge on the same floor. I particularly enjoyed the cocktail service during the afternoon happy hour, and the food selection was superb. In the mornings, I loved going to the lounge for coffee; sitting by the window, it was incredibly quiet, and I found myself even more productive there than in my room. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming; they would greet me upon arrival and see me off when I left. When I inquired about nearby facilities, they provided professional and detailed recommendations. Since I was here not only for work but also to explore the area, the lounge staff also recommended some fantastic places for sightseeing and exploring. The service experience was truly outstanding.

Platinum hotel with fantastic view as it's situated on very high floor. My room was on level 40 ish so you can almost see the entire skyview of the city area. Food options were plenty, you can have one different meal each day and stay here for a month

Executive Lounge Happy Hours and Afternoon Tea for Two: The dining area is quiet, offering panoramic views of Zhengzhou. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it's a good high-rise hotel. However, it's a bit dated, and the facilities are showing their age. The TV doesn't support screen mirroring, and there are no USB charging ports for phones. The breakfast spread was good.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the R&F Wanda Cultural Hotel in Zhengzhou for a trip. We frequently visited the executive lounge, and the service there was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. They always greeted us enthusiastically upon our arrival, which immediately put us in a great mood, and offered equally warm goodbyes when we departed. The service truly was exceptional. My girlfriend adored the executive lounge, and we highly recommend it!

For dinner, we tried the hotel's buffet, priced at 238 RMB per person, and it was fantastic! Honestly, I don't know when it happened, but I've somehow become a loyal fan of the Wanda hotel chain! The service staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. Upon checkout, the manager even gave me a small 'Nini Dog' figurine?

The bathroom was truly disgusting. The showerhead was covered in limescale and grime, constantly shifting position when the water was on, and when I took it down to adjust it, I noticed how utterly filthy it was. The hairdryer was also unpleasantly dirty; I picked it up to use it but immediately put it back down. The towels had a terrible, musty odor; drying my hair with them felt like I was pickling it. The bathrobe smelled just as bad. Consequently, I only stayed one night and checked out the next day to find another hotel. If you can overlook these issues, then it might be an acceptable stay for you. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby and close proximity to tourist attractions. However, getting to the front desk requires taking an elevator to the 48th floor (I believe, but I can't quite recall the exact floor), and then another elevator to your room. This multi-elevator process is also required when leaving the hotel from your room, which is quite inconvenient. Room soundproofing is mediocre; you can hear people talking and walking by outside the door. However, there weren't many guests, so it didn't disturb my sleep, which was a plus. The option for a late afternoon check-out was also a nice perk.

Situated on Huayuan Road, the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant commercial district with abundant dining options, and it's also conveniently close to the Henan Museum. The hotel's lobby is located on the 48th floor, offering absolutely stunning views from up there. While some of the facilities might be slightly dated, the overall experience was still very pleasant. A nice bonus is that from the rooms, you can catch a glimpse of the zoo and the distant 'Corn Building'.
